Great position on 2nd floor with terraced section overlooking the city. Nice breakfast - not a massive choice and cooked section not great, but overall enjoyable. Good choices of coffee on demand. Rooms very large with balcony overlooking the gardens. Cleaned every day. Staff very polite and pleasant throughout the hotel. I had the pleasure of staying at Mythos Boutique Hotel last week and was genuinely impressed by the experience. 1. The driver picked me up late from the airport on the day I arrived and got lost driving to the hotel. He didn't know the way to the hotel, it was a rather unsettled experience 2. I couldn't connect to the WiFi using the laptop in my room. Had to go to the restaurant to be able to connect.

The staff and the physical conditions of the hotel are great. The rooms are nice, have a balcony with a view and we have a pool. Breakfast is also of good quality. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The location is a bit far from a center with restaurants or stores. If you have a light sleep do not stay on the 2nd floor. I unfortunately, have a sensitive sleep and wake up easily, the restaurant seems have people (probably workers, all night, the isolation of noise seems to be not enough from the 2nd to the 3rd floor so I wake up many times during the night. My colleagues that have less sensitive sleep say they never heard anything, despite of being also under the restaurant, so this is more of an issue of mine than an issue of the hotel alone.

Its clean, good facilities, roof top restaurant has good views and the location is close to downtown and good for walks. I was early and they kindly upgraded me because my room was not ready. Super helpful staff everywhere.

Restaurant service is slow, some items listed on Menu were not available. Also quality of food for some meals was not the best. The presentation also differed for the same item. For example I had a toasted cheese sandwich, on one occasion it was bland with no tomatoes and sauce, on another occasion it came with tomatoes, sauces and mixed mayo salad. Checkout staff was slow, most hotels will checkout within 2-3 mins. It took nearly 10 mins.

We spent 3 nights at Mythos Boutique Hotel and had a fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome; everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we could have asked for. We loved how peaceful the hotel was, yet it was still conveniently close to the city's main areas. After busy days exploring the city, it was wonderful to come back and enjoy a quiet evening at the hotel. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, with a good variety to choose from. The restaurant also offered great options for lunch and dinner. Overall, Mythos Boutique Hotel was the perfect base for our trip — calm, stylish, and with a warm, personal touch. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kigali and look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

The fact that you could lay a complaint about your room and an IMMEDIATE RESPONSE WILL BE MADE . The staff, They’re also extremely friendly and lovely. I also enjoyed the fact that they had a surprise cake and happy birthday song for my mum. It was a lovely stay

The internet kept tripping off and you’ll have to continue reconnecting and entering the password anytime your device is left for a while. Also, the tv in our room was faulty but like I said, it was attended to immediately.

The staff at reception were helpful, and the hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. also, complementary airport pick up and drop off are much appreciated and convenient. The room i had was spacious with a kitchen area.

Not so sure if it was just a bad timing, the breakfast was a bit disappointing and not up to standard. On the night of my arrival, the room was not fully prepared. Some staff at hotel didn't seem friendly, many times not even responding to the greetings from my end.

I truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff and the excellent food throughout my stay. What stood out most was the serene atmosphere and the breathtaking views from the hotel. The thoughtfully incorporated planters added a refreshing, calming touch that made the space feel even more inviting and peaceful.

Lack of a shop and spa

The room was well furnished with modern furnishings and equipment. It has a kitchenette as well. The manager was very very good. Accommodates my requests at breakfast due to lack of buffet as advertised. One of the reasons for selecting this hotel was the reviews about the Greek inspired breakfast menu but this was not the case during my stay. The manage explained this.is provided based on capacity of guests and at the time we were less than 15. The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable with fluffy pillows. The garden area next to the pool is excellent for relaxing or working. The black out curtains made the nights peaceful in the quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is great for evening walks or jogs.

Well organised: from help pre-arrival (thank you William), airport pickup, warm welcome at reception, courteous staff at the restaurant, to having a very spacious room, with all the amenities, in a quiet and leafy neighborhood.

The room has a "do not disturb" sign: it was pointedly ignored on all but one day of my stay. A minor inconvenience..
