Heaven Hotel was fabulous! The road from the hotel to the freeway has a traffic signal to get you on and off the freeway safely [if you've driven in this area, you know why this is important!]. Just 5 minutes' drive away is a Walmart and a Chedraui grocery store. Right down the road, about a 5 minute drive, are a public beach and the Punta Xcalacoco Beach Club. Purchase anything at this restaurant on the beach and you can use the lounge chairs. Great massages, too. Within a 1 minute walk are a 24-hour 7-11, a pharmacy, a great coffee/sandwich shop, a breakfast restaurant [my favorite is the 50-50 fresh-squeezed OJ and fresh-squeezed pineapple juice, must have been 16+ oz], a grill selling pizza/burgers/etc, and a Taco shop [dinner for $3.60 USD?!?!?--that's the cost of 2 tacos. But if you go there, try the Gringa!]. So we had a bunch of options for food, very close by. We could even get nicely ripe bananas at the 7-11. The room was exceptionally clean. The housekeepers were extremely nice and friendly. The kitchen and bathroom were modern, the furniture nice, the beds very comfy. There's an in-room safe. Plenty of parking. This was the trip where I found out why a helpful hotel staff is important. My rental car had 2 flat tires. I thought I was going to lose a day of vacation and pay a fortune. But Marianna, at the front desk, found mechanics who would come to the hotel, fix one tire, and for the one that could not be fixed, sell me a good but used tire. The total cost was 1,500 pesos, or $75 USD. Overall, I would definitely return!

What a nice and excellent hotel, great value! Super nice and helpful staff, all ladies were extremely friendly in getting us around, arranging taxis and more. The size of the apartment is really large! and housekeeping is excellent

Nothing, although as they say clearly articulate: you are not in the center of playa, and a taxi to get to the center/beach will approximately cost 15 USD one way. Something to take into account!

The place is amazing in every way. The staff are very friendly, the apartment is kept spotless, 24hr security so it felt very safe. I would rate it 100/10. Amazing value for money. Quiet area compared to the noise of the town centre. The apartment is very modern and the whole complex is no smoking which I love. Free parking if you are driving. Cute pool with a children's pool too.

it was quite far away from the main town but taxis were reasonable enough. we knew this before booking here, so If you have a car/bike it’s only a 15 min drive. No bus stops near by

Heaven Hoten is clean, comfortable, daily room cleaning service and friendly staff.

The mattress was hard and covered with plastic that is annoying if you move. Taxis are expensive so we spent our time near the hotel where there are several restaurants that are more resonably priced compaired to downtown that ha become very expensive.

It was an awesome stay loved every minute of it, my family loved every minute of it. We were like walking distance from the beach and also food was next door in the small plaza. We also had a 2 in 1 washing machine which was great. The staff was great ,they were very polite and helpful. We stayed there twice and on the second trip my son lost our room key so we paid for a new one and ended up finding the other key the following day and at check out they gave us the money back. Overall it was awesome.

The beds were a little hard thats was our only complaint otherwise the stay was great

The staff is super friendly. The A/C is fantastic, we actually had to turn it off at times, it gets cold in the rooms. Very spacious, it has a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room and kitchen area. (Washer and dryer a plus). Plaza located across the street that provides different services (tacos, pizza, seafood, 7eleven, barber shop, pharmacy, and many other businesses that stay open until 10-11 pm). If you have your own transportation, this is your place for you.. This Hotel is a no brainier, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect.

Very new, clean and well maintained property. Provided a few bottles of water which was appreciated. Elevator in building. Shower had great pressure. Smart TVs in every room. Large balconies. Apartment was large and well appointed. Really comfortable. Excellent value for money. Also, when checking out, I realised I left my swimsuit on the balcony. I had my baby with me, so the receptionist offered to retrieve it and came back with it in a plastic bag. Much appreciated!

I wish they put a few basics such as sugar since there is a coffee machine, but the 7/11 is right next door so no big deal.

Everything was very good, the lady at the front desk did a very good job ,she let my daughter stayed late at the swimming pool and provided us with good tips to go out for dinner ,we loved her

We didn't like a black guy working late shift at the front desk, we asked him couple questions about our car and he reactions was not so friendly, we said hi to him 2 times and he never answered back, he gave us a look like we were not welcome. Don't know why he is working in a nice place like heaven hotel..
