Beautiful property, very clean and the staff was very friendly . What I was most impressed about was how accommodating the restaurants were with our gluten allergies. Everywhere we went, they had plenty of options as well as specific gluten free foods that could be ordered like pancakes, pizza and pasta. It may take a while to get the food to you but it was worth it and we were so appreciative! They also had the best overall food of any all inclusive I have ever been to, even the buffet was excellent.

I wish the evening entertainment was a bit more frequent and lively.

We LOVE Royal Haciendas! This was our 6th trip. It's SO family friendly, the staff is INCREDIBLE! The pools are awesome - we were sad to see the beach being eroded by the water/climate change. But we had a WONDERFUL time as usual!! Thank you!

There was only a few waiters that were not enjoyable. Most of the staff is happy and very lovely but there was one grumpy waiter in the buffet and there was a waiter at the pool who kept forgetting our order.

The limited options for dining and kids activities… but what is provided was excellent except the beach area…

Ok food Waiters were really rude in general. I think they hate people with all inclusive because they receive less tips. Very unusual for Mexico. All the rest of the staff was nice

We would definitely recommend this hotel. The customer service was excellent and the facilities were great. Food was really good too with a different themed night for dinner every night e.g. BBQ night, Mexcian night, Asian night. The pools were fantastic with a 25m length pool for adults plus a mini water park for kids plus two larger pools for both kids and adults. The beach was nice with food and drinks served to your sun lounger. Our 2.5 year old toddler loved the Kids Club events in the evening. Plus it's a nice space for a little bit of time out of the sun if you need it!

Tips were expected every time we went to the restaurant. Being British and having paid for the all inclusive rate, we were not expecting this so by half way through the holiday, we realised that leaving a tip every time was what we should do so we did!

Very kid friendly! This was our first time at an all inclusive with toddlers and we loved how close all of the amenities were to each other. The kids center staff worked hard to entertain them. The buffet food was delicious with great variety and I loved being able to eat every meal so close to the ocean.

The kids center can only be accessed through an outdoor set of of stairs - no interior access or elevator. This was not ideal for our stroller or using the facility at night or in the rain. Also, the tile flooring throughout the whole complex is very slippery when wet.

Liked - place is spotless and very well maintained, staff constantly cleaning the grounds throughout our stay. - Staff are all great - really friendly and welcoming - Food overall great, particularly the breakfast - You could get loungers at any time of the day - Habachi grill was great fun with the kids - our chef was amazing! - The view from our room (E333) was incredible, we could watch the sunrise every morning - Rooms are huge, little dated but we enjoyed the space - Beach is small but well maintained with powdery sand Disliked - the hotel had lots of time shares and those guests get preferential treatment - e.g. booking the a la carte restaurants before hotel guests meaning that even when we called up at exactly 8am to book the latest availability all of the good times were already taken. We were also offered to join a sales presentation and advised that they could help us get restaurant bookings and deals on trips if we went, we declined as we weren’t interested in time share. But I don’t think hotel guests shouldn’t have to do anything to be able to get support like this. It wasn’t a hard sell but we weren’t big fans of this aspect. - kids weren’t allowed to sit at the swim up bar, which was annoying as ours like to join in with the fun. They were also quite strict on kids playing whilst on each others shoulders etc which as the pools had tonnes of space seemed unnecessary.

Friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly awesome brick oven pizza. Waterfront buffet restaurant with amazing views. Swimming pools with enough space for everyone.

Resort has enough sand for beach chairs and umbrellas, but only one about 30 feet wide safe beach to enter and enjoy the ocean.

We have spent two weeks at this resort and we had a great, relaxing time. Our daughters (7 and 4 years old) loved this lace, especially the big hot tubs, the creamy white sand and the tasty food. Reception area is roomy and the front desk employees are friendly and helpful. The resort gardens looks beautiful and they are well mentained- could use more vegetation and more palm trees thaw. The pools are big, clean and have a great view to the beach. The 4 big hut tubs are very useful when it's cloudy and windy and also very loved by children. Breakfast and especially dinning at the main restaurant, Wich is situated on the beach is a delightful. Also the food has enough variety and it's tasty. The lunch at the pool restaurants is also a nice experience. The waiters are well trained and friendly. The rooms are big, nice and clean. Same thing with the bathrooms. Housekeeping does a great job. We had a beach front room, and in my opinion is the only one to have. Having a drink on the porch in the evening using beer or soda from the included minibar, hearing the waves when going to sleep, seeing every sunrise from the bed, direct access to the beach.....it makes the whole experience better. Service is good in all areas and everybody's attitude makes you're stay pleasant. Just don't forget to tip from time to time, because it's mandatory 😉. The beach i have loved the most. It's nice, clean, the sand it's white and soft and the water warm and pleasant to the eye when the weather is perfect (no wind and shiny). There is the uncontrolled problem with the seaweed (sargassum), but they are doing their best to clean it when it happens. If i may, i have a suggestion to make the beach more appealing, and that is to plant more palm trees, as many as possible. It will make the appearance more exotic. I have also some more suggestions from my point of view. The resort could use another exterior paint, more modern and bright.
