room was very clean with all required amenities. pool and jacuzzi, and the courtyard were excellent. the staff were very pleasant and helpful. security was excellent and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. it was a perfect distance from the downtown and beaches to navigate comfortably with the road bike i rented for the trip. the supermarket a few blocks away was very handy for shopping.. the a/c worked perfectly and the room retained it's coolness even in very intense outside temperatures.

directions to find the place had even the taxi driver confused. include a better map from downtown to the hotel. the plastic plates and cutlery could be improved. the lighting in the kitchen area was a little too dim. extra lighting would help.

Josue was there to help us with everything, from places to see to getting a taxi or renting a vehicle he was there to help with a friendly smile. The room was spotless, great a/c, very comfortable bed. It was also great to have a pool that we could just chill by on days we wanted to stay in. We were within walking distance to the grocery store, and several restaurants. It was quite, peaceful...easy to get a good night's rest.

It was a bit further from the central area, so we used a taxi to get to certain places, but it was close to the necessities.

Everything was fantastic! Our host, George, went out of his way to ensure a great stay. He is warm and kind and we appreciated his hospitality. The place was gorgeous 😍 jacuzzi with colour changing lights, pool, kitchen, super comfy bed. Don't hesitate to book! We stayed at another place before this and the street dogs kept us up all night barking. This place was super quiet. Thanks again

Beautiful property, incredibly clean and comfortable Very nice & spacious rooms (lofts) and pool as well The staff (Josue) was incredibly nice and helpful providing us with all we needed (recommendations, taxis, tips, etc) he knew all the good spots around town. He was super responsive too when needed (through the booking app and whatsapp) Location is a little bit hidden (3 streets from the Chedraui // main street & about 3km from downtown) taxi was around 100 pesos to get to the city center /ferry Moto taxis are cheaper and very comfortable too Highly recommend it

The room was big and comfy. The swimming pool was lovely. The best part was the host 😊

Everything was good. I would have liked a bigger pot and pan for cooking, I managed but it was a bit of a struggle. The property is 10 minutes by motorbike from the town centre, we had a motorbike so it wasn’t an issue.

Nice eco-style, great to have the pool, very friendly caretakers who are quick to respond. Knives are nice and sharp, and I hear you can arrange for motorbikes through the hotel.

Location a bit far out from the town centre (one hour ish walk), but easy to catch a tuktuk (small red moto cab) for very good rate at the chadraui 3 blocks away. Could use a cutting board.

Josué is an amiable guy. He helped me with laundry. Also, he recommended one of the best diving instructors Manuel. Manuel has his boat and all the equipment required for diving. The property is brand new. It opened less than 1 year ago.

It's a little far away from beaches and fairy, but the price is worth it. Minor issues like no handles on the door inside and no numbers on the door. Josue promises to fix them.

Excellent customer services, clean and room, and great value!! The host always replied us promptly whenever I reached out. He arranged taxi rides , answered all our questions and even allowed us a late check-out (based on availability). There are a few nice local restaurants nearby and a big grocery store in which we stopped by daily to get yummy mangos and other fruits.

Cooking facilities are not great tbh, the stove barely works and the provided pots and pans are pretty average. Location is far, taxi costs 100 pesos just to go to ferry terminal. Definitely recommend renting a car or motorbike.

A little far from the center of town, but not difficult to arrange moto-taxis.
