This is my second stay in kardamena but first time in this beautiful hotel compare it with the other one I regretted that I didn’t know grand blue before , I liked everything the room size ,location , the staff from reception to housekeeping to buggy drivers to server in the restaurant they are keeping smiling even the restaurant in the morning were full for a breakfast but they are serving keeping eyes to details , my experience with the reception were great I can’t remember the names 😊but both ladies were helpful I forgot my key inside the room and within 5 min she sent me someone to help me , there’s two swimming pools in the beach area there’s a place belonging to the hotel …..it’s just lovely I needed to escape from coldness and my stay were just amazing

Beautiful pool areas, extremely friendly and accommodating staff … the Greek people are amazing. Buffet lunch in the main restaurant where they also served breakfast was yum with plenty of choice. Gorgeous views of the sea and hills. 5 minute walk in to town along the sea front, so a good location. On site shop selling clothing items, bags, pool toys etc. also snack items and cold drinks, wine beer etc.

Loud music on ‘nightclub’ level in the poolside bar which went on till 11:30pm - didn’t want to go out every night and completely ruined any thoughts of relaxing in the room. My earplugs didn’t even work. Not good if you have small children or want a more peaceful holiday. I feel if they’re going to do that it needs to be in an enclosed area. Steep hill to breakfast which even the fittest were struggling with. Though they did provide golf buggies which you could request from your room. The guys operating them were lovely and would stop if they drove by half way up the hill 🥵 Food options at poolside bars could be better, sometimes you just want some chips or a pizza to share by the pool. Poolside waiter service would lift it to 5 star rating.

Great room size, comfy beds, good air con, staff lovely & friendly. Multiple pool areas spacious, overall excellent. Would definitely stay again B&B, the local restaurants are too good to miss!!

Only stayed B&B and was disappointed with food. Very little fresh fruit. Ate only cheese & bread. Definitely not 5 star quality food or drink availability. Also 3rd sofa/bed very small & hard. Suitable only for kids ( although we did ask to get this changed to a roll in single bed which the hotel manager accommodated)

Breakfast was typical buffet with many choices but mediocre quality.

The hotel complex is built on the slope of a high hill with a clear view of the sea but too far to walk to the beach. The hotel offers rides to guests on golf carts to get around the amenities, like the beach, pools and restaurants. The hotel is accessible by car via a poorly signed, back dirt road, unacceptable for the standard of such a facility .

Hotel has very good sea view and it's located in peacful area.The rooms are renovated, clean and very spaceous and with nice balcony.Staff was very friendly.There is also free parking. Golf cars for transport in resort area are avaliable at any time and very fast.Breakfast was also great.Position of hotel is very near to visit city centre of Kardamaina.

We had problems with the air condition, but at our request they assigned us a new room where everything worked flawlessly.

We only stayed two nights for a last minute booking for a friend's wedding in a nearby hotel, so we didn't use the pools or the bar/restaurant. We did have breakfast both days which was your standard resort buffet but nice, good selection and lovely location. The hotel is all up a hill so not necessarily suitable for all but they bring you a little golf buggy if you call reception to drive you to breakfast or reception when you want. Particular mention for the lovely lady at reception who helped us arrange for a lift to the hotel where our friend was getting married as the taxi she booked for us didn't turn up, nor the second one, so she was ever so helpful and found someone to drive us as we were late! Location was quiet, close to the beach, about a 15-20 min walk to the town along a beach road.

Worth noting, the taxis were easily booked at reception but they weren't very reliable - two didn't turn up at all, and a couple of the others took 40 minutes to arrive, so don't rely on this for your airport taxi, perhaps book a transfer before you travel.

We don’t manage to get up for the main breakfast. The late breakfast was ok but lacked choice, very basic. Staff were all lovely. Very clean and comfortable room, amazing air con - very much needed! Only stayed for 3 nights but would definitely consider for the future. Pools were lovely too.

Couldn’t get a reservation for the a la carte dinner during our stay.

Very big hotel/resort just 10 minutes away from the airport by car and 15 minutes away from the centre on foot. Room was great, with a balcony and good size bathroom. very attentive and polite staff

Check in was a bit slow and unsure since the receptionist was new and didn't speak much English, and also asked both at checkin and checkout to pay the tourist tax and i had to show each time that it was already included with Booking.com. However the gentleman at the bar was always super polite and welcoming! But also all the staff was very polite. Breakfast buffet was good, there was a good selection but not the greatest, nothing really stands out. And in a 5 star hotel i expect a coffee made by a bartender and not from a coffee-machine... Steep hill walk to get back to the room, and the golf cart would rarely pass by when needed. Big con was the beach at the front, definitely needs a revamp.

We loved everything, the climb up to reception was ok for us as a young family but it was a struggle for some older guests. There should maybe be a shuttle golf cart up and down the hill.

The only negative side was the breakfast on a morning as there are not enough tables to cater for everyone and the staff were overworked and a little grumpy!

Very good Hotel near Kardamena, Kos. 8 minutes walking to city center. Great Location. 10 Min. from Kos Airport. Very helpful stuff, especially Tamara from Reception. Beautiful view. Very rich Breakfast, also lunch and Dinner. Very good pancakes for Breakfast. Possibility to rent a car in the Hotel. Daily cleaning and bottled Water in the Room.
