It was in a good location - easy access to everywhere we were going in Jefferson City. There was plenty of parking. The staff was friendly. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. We liked that the bathroom had large shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion instead of travel size bottles. The breakfast was good. We will be staying here again when we return to Jefferson City this summer. The only thing we disliked is that the room price has gone up.

Was in a good location, isolated from nearby neighborhoods and traffic, quiet. Check-in was smooth, employees at the front desk were polite and helpful. The room was nice, spacious with nice furnishings. The bathroom was very clean, with free shampoo, conditioner and bath gel dispensers in the shower. Plentiful hot water! Breakfast was tasty, scrambled eggs, sausage patties and potatoes in the hot pan, bagels, toast and waffles available.

Our original room did not have a refrigerator, which we needed. There was a $10 up charge to change to a room that had one.

I am always impressed with the style and cleanliness of the rooms at Hampton Inn. This one was no different. Very clean. Breakfast is also very impressive, from hot breakfast to fruit, you have quite a bit of choice. The other thing I really like is the variety of complimentary teas and coffee in the lobby area and the festive decorations of the season. All of that was a very nice touch!

There was nothing we didn't like! We enjoyed our stay and hope that when we book with another Hampton Inn that they are as stylish and clean as this one!

Good breakfast and a good sized room.

They have the worst pillows of any hotel I have stayed in in Jefferson City Missouri. I would suggest anyone staying here to bring their own pillow.

Great location for our trip. Good shopping nearby. Staff was outstanding. Annika was super helpful and friendly upon our arrival.

Air conditioner in our room wasn't working well. Very humid. Otherwise would have been perfect.

Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was okay.

Taking the extra $ money out. I had already prepaid for my room and then they asked for more once I got there. $20.00 more. I stayed at another hotel recently and they did not charge any extra, besides what was on booking.com as the total amount. Nothing extra, not even for a debit card, and no other hotels did this, this whole year when I stayed other places. Also, staff could be a tad friendlier and talk to customers, saying hello, good morning, etc., instead of just walking past the customers without saying a word.

Breakfast wasn't the best I've had but certainly adequate. Staff was excellent: friendly and helpful.

A microwave in the room would have been nice. I drink my coffee very slowly and it gets cold!

Had trouble with my reservation due to third-party failure. Staff was very helpful in getting me a room, just a little pricey .

Breakfast was fine, Coming from the west on US 50, we missed the entrance once and had to turn around. Actual entrance not fully obvious

Toilet is too low, we are medium tall people and one of us has arthritis, so getting up off a low toilet is difficult.

Friendly staff. Breakfast choices were good. Beds were comfortable.

Trash cans were small in the room. Was not sure if I could have had room cleaned at some point during our 4 night stay—-clean towels, trash removed, etc. There were also little brown bags of treats as we were checking out. Wasn’t sure what was in them and if they were complimentary. Was not explained to me by the person checking me out and I was to shy to ask.
