I had a wonderful experience at. Will never forget Abdul Kader who was incredibly kind and attentive, always ensuring I had everything I needed. My room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. The hotel's location was perfect and very close to key attractions but still quiet and peaceful. Overall, the attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay memorable. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

During our recent stay, We were truly impressed by the outstanding hospitality provided, by Mr. Hanif and his team. His warm welcome and attentiveness made a significant difference in our experience. The accommodations were equally impressive. The rooms were clean and nice also the breakfast was very good. Moreover, the location of the property was ideal. Situated in a vibrant area, it offered easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. This convenience allowed us to fully enjoy the destination without the hassle of long commutes. Overall, the combination of Mr. Hanif’s exceptional service, the pristine and upgraded rooms, and the strategic location made for an unforgettable stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable hospitality experience.

We arrived the hotel very late and exhausted but the Imran the receptionist was very friendly and attentive. Especially when there was a mix up in the rooms we booked as we booked a premium suite and our understanding from booking this has two bedrooms. Imran was very proactive and provided the best available space.

We expected a premium suite with two bedrooms based on the description given by booking. Staff resolved this and we got a suite with one bedrooms and additional bed in the living room for our teenager.

It is very rare to find someone like Mr. Hanif, as he was the very honorable example of receiving guests in an impressive and proud manner. How I wished to find someone like Hanif in most of the international hotels that I stayed in recently. I am very proud and grateful for that honorable facade to meet guests from whom Mr. Hanif, the very good desk manager.

There were lots of delicious options for breakfast. We did not sample the other meals. The room was spacious and well decorated. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

The gym facilities were ok, but not of a high standard. I think this area is in the process of some upgrades. The bedroom would benefit from some extra electrical sockets and usb charging ports.

Staff were very friendly specially the From Office Manager (Hanif Shaikh). You feel like at home and everyone knows you and wants to help you. All restaurants are perfect. Location, View, Room space, ... etc.

Only the lighting in the room is low and the power sockets are limited. But as an over all, all was perfect

There's a wide range of services and facilities nearby. The staff is very kind. They even give guests adapters for non British like sockets. They offer a free ride to the airport.

It's far from main attractions in Kuwait City. The food is good but the choice is limited. The sockets are impossible to operate without an adapter

The warming welcoming at the reception by the front desk manager, Mr Hanif, and his extraordinary follow-up services were amazing.
