The location was great to explore Eureka Springs from, the room was very big, as was the bathroom. We had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. The breakfast at Myrtie Mae's was excellent (worth paying extra for).

The bed wasn't super comfortable, and the room seemed to be in need of a bit of a refresh (old carpet, and we both had allergies from something dusty). The shower water would slightly leak into the bedroom, which was carpeted, so we had to put a towel down to block the water (I think it was because we had an accessible room, which meant the shower floor was level with the rest of the bathroom). Other than these small issues, we were quite comfortable.

It was comfortable, nice to have a restaurant on site, though a bit pricey, (breakfast for 3 was $50 before tip) would be nice to get discounts if staying on site.

The bathroom needs more hooks or another shelf to place your clothes, and a working exhaust fan would be nice. The shower head settings were terrible. The AC didn’t have actual temp so was freezing the first night trying to figure out what dial settings would equate to. Also, small children above us running back and forth late at night and early morning was annoying. Putting them on the bottom floor room would have been smart (if the office was aware that is). Huge spider came in on hubby’s shoulder the first night while unloading the car, so that was unnerving😳. You can see them hanging out on the walls outside. (Daddy Long Leg types). But overall it was a nice hotel.

The location was private, off the road, & quiet, which we appreciated after not finding that on the rest of our trip. Our breakfast in the restaurant was delicious & loved the outside view from our table.

Didn't get good directions to the vending areas from the front desk, but there was a good selection once found, since all the restaurants in the area were closed when we arrived.

Family friendly. Game area for families to enjoy pool, ping pong, and more. Great pool area. Clean room and bathroom.

Location of swimming towels. Unclear where they were. Was told they would be near pool in game room but that was not the case. Just inconvenient to take a trip to front desk to get them. Spa/hot tub was closed when we were wanting to utilize it.

Breakfast was at the restaurant inside the hotel. So it wasn't free we had to pay for breakfast which was fine because it was delicious and homemade! So convenient and we didn't have to go far for it.

I wish we knew that the outside entertainment was going to be closed we actually booked this hotel for our kids to have some free activities to do at the hotel but it was also closed due to the season. But hotel was clean and quiet and we never thought we would be on a mountain so that was a bonus!

Movie night at the pool was nice. Rooms were off the road far enough to be quiet.

The bathroom light would turn off at random times. It would stop working for 2-3 hours, then work for 10-15 minutes. Staff could not replicate, but it was certain to stop working when in the shower! Gnats in the bathroom sink!

We love this hotel! We probably won't stay anywhere else now that we've found them. The front desk staff is fabulous, the rooms are great, we LOVE the pool area, and they were more than accommodating when we needed a bottom floor room this time with my husband dealing with the effects of radiation treatment and not sure he could climb up and down stairs. We will definitely be back.

🙂I don't know of anything we didn't like. The restaurant is always great, there was a misunderstanding about the kind of fish I wanted with the waitress, but it was corrected and the catfish was fantastic!

Right in the heart of Eureka Springs. They had laundry facilities on site. It was quiet. The lady who booked us in was lovely as were the restaurant staff. It was excellent value for money. And it's close to Jesus fo the Ozarks, Thorn Crown Chapel and St Elizabeth's.

It's old. It needs a refurbishment. But it was clean. The air conditioning was very loud, we turned it off. And the toilet cistern didn't refill, you had to jiggle it.

Room size was great, parking excellent, staff was amazing, shower was excellent, on site restaurant was very good. Definitely recommend to people.

Everything outside needs to be pressure washed. I'm sure it's on the agenda. Many things need to be updated and I'm sure, due to the size of the place, it takes time. Overall great stay!
