Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Great location if you are planning a rail journey as its just 15 mins walk to Santa Justa station. Also airport bus is very handy and close - catch it at Santa Justa.its a modern hotel with nice restaurants nearby.

This is my second stay and the price was about 40% higher than for my last visit in Summer 2024. It was a Saturday night close to Christmas and all hotels in Seville were over priced. I would recommend the hotel strongly if the price was more competitive.

Cute swimming pool area with some lounges. Pool isn't big but ok to cool off in the sunshine. Breakfast was good, lots different varieties. Just some kind of egg and fresh tomatoes would have made it better. Staff were pleasant and room was clean.

The air con gave off a really damp weird smell when switched on. Maybe the filter needs changing. The doors slam shut in the halls. Cleaning staff are not quiet at 8am. This hotel isn't 4*. Although my experience was good and i got a great deal for 2 nights stay through genius, I would have been a bit disappointed if i was to pay full price thinking it was 4* quality.

For its standard the price is really affordable. The rooms were comfy and spacious with AC. It's situated closely to the train station and within half an hour from the old city

It was the night of the blackout. Lovely staff, had to deal without internet for booking in by torchlight. And found us beers ( not really relevant but I will never forget the walk from the bus stop at Santa Justa to this hotel, bumping into trees, hence the need for beers) The shower was perfect, the bedding clean, and the bottled water very welcome.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly. I was expecting a bit nicer if it is actually a 4- star hotel but overall we had a good stay

The aesthetic was a bit tired and outdated Just a little underwhelming but fine. The location is also quite far from most of the attractions in town so we had quite a commute via scooter back and forth to town every day which added to the cost

Room was super (bed comfy!) and because towards the courtyard, very quiet! Also loved the walk into town with great unexpected "local" places enroute that maybe not every tourist comes across. Everyone at the hotel reception and restaurant was very forthcoming and efficient -- things run smoothly here and there is a pleasant ambiance right from the start :-)

We loved the hotel and the proximity to transportation means such as busses/subway through which we could quickly arrive at different touristic attractions. The staff is kind and even though many of them do not speak English very well, they did their best and helped us with our requests. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfy. The breakfast was good but the only thing that we missed were vegetables

We hoped that the pool would have been open

Cleanless, kind and helpful personal, good breakfast, everything nearby :) 15min walk to old-town, cycle path and also bike or scooter rent parking really close to property. We also came at 11 and hotel did not have any problem to accomodate us earlier (checkin was from 14). Near to bus stop from/to airport.

The hotel is good value for money. The room is beautiful and well cleaned and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

We arrived early so we couldn’t get into the room so I asked if I can use the lobby’s bathroom but he said that it’s out of service and I can use the one in the first floor, but it was so so dirty !! But again the room was super clean and the room’s bathroom was also super clean as well. Also I actually didn’t like that I asked the receptionist if he can send someone to help us with the luggage and he said that no one can help us. I mean it’s a 4 star hotel I expected more
