I didn't have breakfast. Location is great off I-80 and near the new performance venue in Waukee. Staff was great. Everything was clean. This was a stay for business but I can't wait to come back for a personal stay to take advantage of the amenities. Rooms in the style of a New York loft are unique for the middle of Iowa.

Not a thing I can think of that could ha e been better.

Loved the location right by the concert venue. Had a cool view of the venue. Very clean and had cool decor. Appreciated the low lighting in the hallway. Staff was friendly.

Lack of privacy in the shower. Wish you didn’t have to walk past the shower to get to the bathroom.

Beds were very comfortable, bathtub was superb, nice bar but would’ve appreciated a couple of more substantial items on the menus instead of just appetizers. Great location for the venue across the parking lot!

I loved the location and how homey it felt

I felt like getting in and out of the parking lot was a little bit confusing. I was also disappointed that breakfast wasn’t really a thing there. I feel like with the amount of money I paid, breakfast should be a thing, not just plain bagels and coffee.

Walking distance to the concert venue so I didn't have to worry about driving afterwards. Had fun playing pool in the bar

The shower doesn't have any privacy, it's just open. The only part of the bathroom with a door was the toilet. Fine for a couple I guess, but I was with my son

Clean and quiet!! I hate noisy hotels. It was absolutely wonderful. The bed was the most comfortable of any place I have ever stayed. The pillows were amazing. Staff was great. Super good place to stay!

spacious room, good water pressure, liked the night lights in the bathroom, very quiet while sleeping and the automatic shades were pretty cool :)

Great location for a concert & amenities for restaurants & Coffee. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean & I enjoyed the decoration of a modern city atmosphere.

Everything was beautiful, modern, clean!!! The only problem was the pool was freezing. I am not sure why you wouldn’t have a heated pool! Two children can not get in that cold water!
