The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff were super easy to communicate with and very responsive. The plunge pool was lovely after being out all day! Great location for walking to the bars/restaurants and the beach.

The neighbours burned their garbage at 5am one morning which caused the whole property to smell like smoke and there was a 24 hour festival in the park near by which meant the bass/music was heard all night. Both not in the control of the villas team, but is something to keep in mind location wise!

Fantastic staff - easy to deal with and friendly! Air conditioning was incredible, outdoor private pool was used a lot! Walking distance to most places we wanted to go! The property itself was very clean, had full kitchen and fridge (to keep drinks cold!) and a full table and couch which was great for hanging out. Super modern and could not fault the place!

Location was slightly out of the way (didn’t bother us as we walked) but if wanting something in the heart of Canguu then not the best location for you. When we flushed the toilet in one room, the other toilet spat up water (which was not ideal if both on the toilet LOL) but only happened once

It was SO clean and so well maintained. The pool area was so nice to chill and relax, the bedrooms were big and there was so much space.

I love how they provided cleaning services everyday as we had activities everyday and had to wake up sometimes at 2am. We were always rushing and this services helped alot as we don’t have to worry about the rubbish / cleanliness/ etc. I was able to checkout a little late too and while waiting for my driver they let us stayed in the villa instead of kicking us out. What else I love is that the villa is in the centre of everything. Be it pharmacy, the mart, cute cafes, spa, etc. all is within distance!

The only downside is that the toilet bowl smells like sewage water but everything else is perfect

The Staffs are welcoming and helpful. It is nearby to Atlas Beach Club and Finn's club. A quiet location. Value for money, a private pool villa.They have daycare right opposite the villa so those traveling with kids have no worries. They have all the facilities like money changer, Family mart and many restaurants nearby as well.

The location is slightly out of the way for most attractions or activities. To travel towards central kuta roughly it takes 30 to 35mins. Nevertheless it was still a great location in my opinion as it is quiet and quite a chilled place.

The Property was beautiful and modern. there was security at the front entry 24/7 which isn't necessary however was nice to know someone available if needed. The property is in a quieter area of Canggu which is great if you like quiet peaceful holidays

We had a group 2 apartments down that wanted to party one of the nights, this isn't a reflection on the property owners but sound does travel. Security had to ask them several times to be quiet after the 10pm curfew but security handled this very well. The stair construction to level 1 is definiltey not to a standard code of a western country so you do have to watch your step.

The team managing the administration of things (check in and check out) gave top of class service. They communicated with us all the details in advance through whatsapp which made it easier for us to understand the procedures. We arrived late after the reception hours yet the security team were welcoming and helped in the luggage. Also at the check out time, we left the luggage almost all day at the reception. The team recommended an excellent driver for us who took care of arranging the luggage in his car and waited for us while we were having our dinner in Canggu!. The team also supported in a lot of recommendations in regards to spas, breakfast places,.. The apartment was spotless in terms of cleanliness. The beds were comfortable, whatever we needed was there in the kitchen. The location was excellent, close to all areas and beaches.. Everything was perfect!

Love love loved our stay here was so nice and quiet,private, clean everything we were needing for a holiday away, couch was very comfortable an great size tv…also great wifi…definitely recommend staying here an would stay again… Great aircon in all rooms…lovely relaxing outdoor area, great pool! 5min walk to cafe/shops/park(small playground if you have younger kids) mini supermarket/massage shop

Leaving~wish we stayed here longer….instead of going to another spot *if you are planing to stay it would not be good if you can’t go up stairs~only issue if anyone wasn’t 100% mobile otherwise it was a great stay! Highly recommend it

Great staff at reception, very friendly and accommodating. Property was exceptionally clean, great facilities, very modern and impressive. Great location with loads of good restaurants and bars within a 10 min walk. Cool beach with outdoor gym nearby.
