I booked from the street outside, I was instantly welcomed, I parked my car, was given access to my warm and cosy room with a separate bathroom with privacy. It was delightful. I drove for 4 minutes to get food from the lakeside, amazing and very good standard. Upon my return the room was warm and I slept well. Free internet meant I could also watch a movie. In the morning a picnic awaited me, hot coffee, warm milk and fresh oats with yoghurt. Safe, delightful, clean.

I would advise a little water in the room / with a glass.

The location is wonderful if you are looking to see Rome but don't want to stay in the city centre. My partner and I do not drive and did not struggle at all to get form A to B as the public transport is wonderful and very cheap! The host was very helpful with this too.

Fabiola is a beautiful kind and supportive lady. She helped us every day with our stay. She works extremely hard to ensure her guests are happy and their needs are met. We took our baby and Fabiola was loving and caring to us all like we were family. Highly recommend staying with Fabiola. Bus stop to train station just around the corner from B&B, bus ride 5 mins to train station and train to City Centre 20 mins. When others stay with Fabiola they will feel her kindness and support immediately and you will definitely enjoy your stay in Rome. Thank you Fabiola, we loved being in your home 💕

Everything was neat and in order. During my stay, the Airbnb was very quiet. I left feeling rested. I’ll return for sure.
