the staff was very quick and friendly while assisting with the e check in/out. It was also near the train station. I like the pillows especially, they were very comfortable and most of all they looked very clean for this price.

The toilet bowl lid was a bit broken, but as I was a solo traveller I didn't mind it. If I had brought my children then that would be a bit of a hazard. Also, the towels were torn and stained even though they seemed clean. The bedsheet was stained too. I also asked for an iron but no ironing board. Good if they could have one

The room light positioning and lux level weren't suitable for reading. Secondly, the hotel is located near MRT and highway, which at times make it uncomfortable due to the traffic noise level

A basic place with sufficient level of cleanliness. However the price is a bit on the high side considering the basic facilities and location (not in town).

The staff is helpful, assisted me in getting the charger for my phone.

Location near the MRT station. The vegetarian cafe downstairs is good, hotel guests can get 10% off. The room is clean, the size is okay. Comfortable stay.

Staff and service wise can be improved.

The room is comfortable. Easy to find parking lot and restaurants near the hotel. The price for the two rooms that I booked is worth the money I paid.

The size of the toilet is a bit small. The lift can fit 2 persons only.

There was a cigarette smell in the room, which became quite strong during the night.

All thing are by auto machine, is very easy to check in and check out, staff are very friendly, parking are more also, outside near got mcD and Burger King and some mamak store, down stair have vegetarian restaurants.

The breakfast was totally for vegetarian. You need to double check which one FREE for breakfast. I got the wrong info about breakfast and need to pay at cashier.

I always stay here. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Very easy to go everywhere and the MRT station - MRT Serdang Raya Utara is just one minute walk.
