The location is great, next to mrt is the main point. The room is quite spacious and quite clean. The iron and coway outside the room is the bonus. The breakfast is great and I like to order drinks at the cafe. Really convenient

The bathroom’s tile is so so..need to clean more. Receptionists are great but I think some need more training on the greetings…it’s not hurt to always say thank you.

Vry strategic location. MRT merdeka is just next to hotel and also walking distance to petaling street( with famous street food). There is a cafe at ground floor beside reception offering food with reasonable price. Car park is provided in the hotel.

Toilet is not clean and full of dirts and stain, clearly seen even though the floor is painted black. Unpleasant smell in the room, bunk bed for children also covered with dust.

They using WhatsApp for the receptionist service and housekeeping service, which is very cool and they do respond to the WhatsApp 👍👍👍 Room is having wooden floor which I prefer compared to carpet as you can know is it clean or not, and the floor is quite clean.

Poor soundproofing-LRT passing by creates really loud noise pollution. The bathroom cleanliness is unsatisfactory. The cups are dirty. The beds are quite uncomfortable and the pillow is too old. The TV cannot connect to WIFI and hence it is just a decoration. The mineral water provided is too low quality.

I arrived quite late due to some unavoidable factors. The female staff of the hotel called to confirm our presence there. Her reminder were very good to the customers. I booked a Junior Suite room because the kids were too excited to spend the night in that room. The cleanliness of the room & bathroom is excellent and the best. 👍🏻 Facilities such as towels, irons, toiletries are also available. Breakfast is also okay, there are many options, but it's a bit expensive with the buffet package offered. Vehicle parking is also convenient. There is covered inside the building & in front of the hotel entrance. The path along the corridor from the elevator to the room is also comfortable. For me, everything is good & very comfortable for children. If there is more time & money, I will definitely visit again and stay here. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Wifi coverage in the room is quite slow and frequently interrupted. Children watch their cartoon series engrossed. The pillow is very thin and not fluffy.

The hotel is part of Malaysia's National Olympic Training Center, which was integral to the purpose of my stay (training as a sport referee). The training facilities are huge, and include a museum of Malaysia's history in the Olympics (a surprise bonus). Another surprise bonus: my Olympic sport's headquarters are also in the same building and their staff gave me a free tour! Last point: amazing location! Next to KL Chinatown, right across the street from the famous Merdaka 118 Tower, and next to the Merdaka train station for easy access to RAPID KL/MRT underground.

There wasn't much to not like, given the overall purpose of the building. The accommodations are not high-end, but neither are my expectations, as they are comparable to the US Olympic Training Center's dormitories in Colorado Springs, CO (IMHO).

Beds are comfy. Hot and cold shower are okay. Room is spacious. Overall the room is clean. Ironing facility is placed at the corridor but it is okay. Drinking water machine also provided at the corridor. There are many plug points provided in the room for you to charge your gadgets. Prayer mat also provided. This hotel location is besides Merdeka 118, walking distance. MRT Merdeka also can be reached by walking only. It is only 1 stop to reach Bukit Bintang (information provided by receptionist).

Was here for the fencing competition for my daughter, of course there is a lot of athletes staying aswel, since the place is next to the OCM here the competition is held. The location just 1 stop from bikin bintang, which is the city center of Kuala Lumpur. the hotel is very nice, with a comfortable bed, 24hr receptionist, 24hr mini store where you can get snacks and so, the staff is quite friendly and very helpful. Our stays is pleasant. Only 3 mins walk to metro/ subway station. The area is quiet and safety of the hotel is good. The hotel DOESNT provide DAILY ROOM CLEANING except you asked for it, to ensure the safety of personal belongings of the guests. Also the security system in the hotel is really great.

Not so much restaurant options around, but since it’s only one metro stop away to center, it’s okay. And also easy delivery food via app such as grab and so. So it’s not that big of problem.
