Beautiful hotel, we stayed in a suite with one bedroom and one living room and the room size was enough to provide comfort, the swimming pool and the balcony are nice additions. I believe all suites have a view on a swimming pool. The suite is equipped with a well sized fridge, stove, sink, kitchenware, etc. Breakfast is very delicious, they were serving it to the room. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The bed sofa in the living room seemed as if it has been heavily used and wasn't really comfy for two adults to sleep on it, maybe it would be fine for children.

This was an excellent apartment which my adult daughter and I stayed in for two weeks. I never understand why people book just a hotel room, especially for longer stays, when they can have all the space and convenience of an apartment for the same money! Especially as we stayed here following a medical procedure, the apartment offered us all the space and amenities that we could have wanted. The apartment was smart and clean, with a modern and fairly spacious bathroom. It offered us plenty of living space, with effectively two sleeping areas, as the sofa bed was very comfortable and more than large enough for my daughter. Despite some previous negative reviews about the breakfast, we were really impressed by the range and quantity of food that was delivered to our room each day, at any time requested. The elements of the breakfast were almost the same each day, but the variety was such that you could have different options from it as you wanted. The only thing I would have liked would have been some fruit and/or yoghurt as part of the breakfast, but other than that, it was very good and fresh. There is also a swimming pool at the apartments, which looked pleasant, but we didn't use this as we were there in winter. The staff at The Place Suites were all polite and helpful, with the reception staff speaking very good English, and always prepared to help us order taxis etc, although I highly recommend downloading the BiTaksi app whilst in Istanbul. I would add that we had a 50% discount when booking our stay, and this is what made the apartment particularly good value for money.

The cleaning hours were a bit random, which meant that we often asked them not to come because they often turned up when we were still in the apartment. We also lost wifi for just over a day, but I believe this was out of the control of the property. The location isn't particularly central, but there were good little supermarkets just a few minutes walk away, and it is easy and cheap to get taxis anywhere. A couple of very large and very good shopping malls are less than a 10 minute taxi drive away, and for what you get for your money with the apartment, it was well worth being slightly less central. We found the building controlled heating to be a bit excessive (which seems very common in Istanbul!), but we countered this by opening the windows or using the A/C when required.

I liked everything from the room to the swimming pool. Very nice area with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. It's a residential area, therefore, if you want to go to tourist areas you will need a taxi or use the public transport. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Always ready to help.

The suite was comfortable and clean enough.

there is a park in front of the hotel and during the day the noise of kids was disturbing, also all the midnights some drunk people were sitting on the street next to the hotel, turning on the music in their car very loud and frequently shouting.

Breakfast was more than enough. It would be better if there was a restaurant but it was also nice to have the breakfast delivered to the room. At the first day the breakfast was not enough and the eggscold, but the other days it was too much. Maybe there was a problem at the first day. The room was very clean and when we asked for cleaning up the room it was done carefully. the suite was big, clean and nice designed. There were 2 large pools which looked nice but we didn't use them.

The hotel is located in a steep road but that's istanbul. In the bathroom you could hear the noise of rinsing in the other bathrooms. There was no place of baby cot in the sleeping room, but we solved it in another way. Missing breakfast restaurant.

Very clean and modern apartments with spacious balcony. Staff went above and beyond to make the stay more enjoyable. Definitely recommend The Place Suites for a stay outside of the main city for peace and quiet.
