The room was perfect and spotless, just what I needed for one night. I really don't understand why people in other reviews complain about the size of the room, it was more than adequate.

The late-night check-in procedure was a bit complicated. My phone had died and so I had no way of checking the instructions in the email booking confirmation or to phone the number on yhe door for instructions. I had to appeal to some strangers on the street to make the phone call for me and after a hilarious spy-thriller style treasure hunt for the key 😂😂, I finally got to the room. I will forever be grateful to that couple who saved me from a night on the street and a wasted hotel payment

Ideal for a short stay, very friendly and obliging people, and because my return flight was cancelled they were happy to let me retain the room for 2 extra nights. Location excellent, quiet location and 1 minute walk to U-bahn and a walk through a peaceful park to station and shopping. Always plenty of choice at buffet breakfast, sweet, savoury and a variety of drinks besides coffee.

Maybe a little extra space for clothes.

Basic but everything you needed. Great value. Clean and safe. Very great location for Cannstatter fest. The staff was wonderful!!We forgot a jacket and the wonderful staff arranged to mail it to us. Great experience.

- heating isn't working so well, was cold in the room; - some areas of the room were not so tidy and good-looking (for example, space between the window and the bed) but I guess it is okay for such a price.

Location Very clean

Booked two single beds, got one double bed (1,40 m next to wall) and a less than 0,90 m single bed. Had to share a bed and was squished against the wall all night.

Large and nicely furnished room, very comfortable bed, central location and quiet surrounding. Roller shutter were nice to keep room dark.

Bathroom light was very weak, breakfast could offer more varieties of bread.

The mattress on the bed was old and worn out. Needs to be replaced.
