Beds were comfy, furniture was new and functional, lighting was spot on, and there was a small balcony. Common places were beautiful and well maintained. Air conditioning worked well, which was needed as we arrived during a heatwave. The pools were especially well maintained, including the jacuzzi, which we all enjoyed. The breakfast food was quite good.

The bathroom was quite small, especially the shower cabin, which was the smallest I've ever seen. Ever. We had a single power socket in the entire room. The breakfast food was the same every day and quite expensive considering how much you could normally eat in the morning before going for a swim. The masseur at the spa was sub-par, even while bragging during half the session about how good he was.

Great restaurant staff - they were very organized and paid a lot of attention to all customers at the same time Food was always fresh and we always had a lot of things to choose from. Nice to have inside and outside pools with a bar for getting drinks. Nice design in the room with traditional elements. Very close to the lake and sea.

Even though I got 3 rooms, we came with just one car and couldn't find a single parking spot at the property. The bed was not comfy at all, It would be nice to have 2 chairs on the balcony instead of one.

Room was big and clean. Food delicious.. It is excellent that there are both inside and outside pool.

The hotel looks very well and in general the experience is good. Nevertheless when you go out from the hotel the experience is not that good because Neptun (as location) is not so well maintained. There are areas where the weeds have grown and no one cares to cut them down.

Because we were at the really begining of the season, not all facilities were usable, but it was really good that it was not crowded. I think that during the full season, it gets too crowded, it seems they have too many rooms for the leisure spaces. It is close to the lake and to the sea. The food was ok. The kids enjoyed the pools.

It was ok for the price we got. I would not reccomend it during full season.

The staff was very kind. The room was not very big but comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, the furniture in the room renovated. The bathroom was a bit small but sufficient. The balcony was generous with a clothes dryer. The breakfast was very good. Large outdoor and indoor swimming pools, very clean water, temperatures 22-24 degrees Celsius, respectively 24 degrees Celsius. In the indoor Jacuzzi, the water was also very clean, 30 degrees Celsius and it could fit about 4-5 people.

The nice cleaning ladies and staff. Plus the fact that there were sweet cats near the restaurant. This was a very big plus.

For breakfast, there were kids options that weren't available for adults. Made us feel old :))

Good location and services.

We had only one chair for two persons on the balcony. Also I'd like to have some hangars for bathrobes and outer coats.

I liked that the hotel was clean and most of the staff was helpful and welcoming.

I did not like that when we purchased the breakfast package we did not receive some guidelines with regards to the areas that are specifically reserved for all inclusive customers. Leaving us to feel embarrassed when we wanted to pick up some juice and the staff had to come and remove us from that zone. Would be nice either to move those items in a special room or area where other customers that are not all in inclusive would not have acces instead of being removed in front of everyone.

Accommodation via booking for one night. Half board included. Everything clean. Food absolutely fine. 700m to the sea next to the lake. The price decided. I recommend
