Overall it is a quality layout. The biggest and most impressive for me or the top of my list of good things was the beds. I realize my mattress at home is 90% of my nagging back issues aggravating an old injury. The facility itself is well appointed by its color coordinator which I appreciated. My only complaint would be someone needs to learn how to make proper scrambled eggs...and get the batter correct for the waffles. Personally I'd add fresh fruit to the breakfast palate and better biscuits. Lastly, Blackberry jam versus just plain grape jelly.

Free parking. Hotel lobby and breakfast area are clean and inviting. Room sizes were great and all come with fridge and microwave which was nice for an extended trip. Hotel is close to food and shopping but not easily accessible. The hotel is on a one way street so you have to drive out of the way to get back.

The staff has a communication gap. Although they are very nice they had to state multiple times they didn’t understand any requests and we had to repeat our questions 4–5 times. The request- we wanted 2 beds instead of 1. Checked in our room that had 1 bed and went back to switch rooms and the employee didn’t understand we wanted 2 beds for 3 people. The breakfast looks better than it tastes. The biscuits and gravy were inedible and the eggs were definitely powdered. The elevator was jumpy.

There was little breakfast left at 8:30 AM. Coffee was cold and a guest was feeding their dog from one of the breakfast bowls. We had breakfast, elsewhere. Other than that, the place was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The traffic noise was understandable and the blackout shades were most helpful. The counter staff were very nice and welcoming. We would stay there again. 😊

The property is kept very clean, the staff is always very nice and attentive.

The location is perfect it’s just the driveway coming into the property from the feeder road and the parking lot that you have to cross between the Motel 6 coming into the parking area for the comfort inn hotel. Those two areas can cause significant damage to your vehicle so please be aware of the pot holes and areas that will cause damage to your vehicles.

Room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable. No complaints about room. Microwave was a problem.

Breakfast ok, but need dedicated attention to breakfast area. Items needed to be replenished with no one to tell. Stayed on first floor, very noisy people loud talking, doors slamming. No elevator service.

Nobody gave us any issues we like late night trips to the corner store and the room service was top of the line the pool was open and I got plenty of towels when I asked me and my family will definitely visit again because it’s the closest to the in-laws

The room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable! We were too tired to use the huge flat screen TV but it was a nice addition.

The room had a horrible musty/moldy smell that even running the air on high didn't dissipate. The location was difficult to get to. None of our devices found the address (which varied by website) - mapquest, goggle maps or garmin. We got off at the exit indicated by road signs and noticed it was across from the freeway, Since none of the road changes were mapped, it took two attempts to find it. After 10 long hours on the road, this was very aggravating.

It was absolutely clean, big room, nice staff. Breakfast is available, it's the typical basic, hotel breakfast. (There is a perfect espresso coffee place behind the hotel, which was a plus coming from Europe). I was actually pleasantly surprised by the quality of the place.

Bit noisy because of the big road and trucks passing buy, but with an earplug I was able to get a good night sleep.

Very accessible….had a wal mart very close by, and a nice Chinese restaurant as well. The pool was in sun all day, but shade in the evening….made for a perfect temperature swim…. Rose checked us in and was a treasure. She made sure we had extra towels for the pool (for my wife’s hair) extra lotion for after swim…and extra coffee after we traded in the decaf. The breakfast was nice. It was a very good stay.

We did not have time to enjoy your breakfast but it smelled delicious when we were in the elevator. The person that I requested an early check in from and that checked us in was amazingly friendly and very professional. You are lucky to have her working here. I am bad with names but she was a tall young woman with the friendliest voice and disposition.
