The lack of information on the timetable of the only bus that connects the hotel to the town where there is the terminus of the metro, I would avvise the staff to prepare brochures whit bus timetables, how to get to the metro, and how to return to the hotel I recommend it to those who like to have new experiences and get by on their own but not to those who want conforto and rest assured in the area there are taxis that for a maximum of 13 euros from the metro terminus take you to hotel

Very nice small cosy hotel in north Athens. its a bit far from a lot of things but if you need to be safe and close to some nice location is good for overall. theee is 10mjnutes walk all the supermarkets the hotel its self was good but I did address an issue with the hotel that there is no warning cards on the door saying need or no need for cleaning or room service so no one disturbs you . because of a small accident I had on my stay i won't go in details so I dont give a bad reputation since it's just a honest mistake that it can happen to anyone . but overall very friendly workers . price a bit expensive but the area is eitherway .

Everything was really nice. The hotel has its own parking space. The room (302) was really nice - quite modern and clean. I figured there are huge discrepancies in quality among different room types and this is the reason for the negative comments. This could be improved or ask specifically for the modern room. The bed was very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and the hosts super nice. Value for money ratio is very high.

The wine and water on the tablet as a welcoming gesture was a nice thought, but the execution could be improved as both the wine and the water were quite warm.

Tomas at the reception was amazing, and did everything to make my stay comfortable and nice. Breakfast was AMAZING! The service, in it of itself, was perfect. The room was huge and spacious, the bathroom was full of toiletry that I never even thought about. The welcoming juice in room was a great surprise. The room and the hotel were spotless and very clean. WiFi was great. Seriously, if not for 2 little things, I would have given the hotel a 10.

The location of the hotel feels more like an industrial area. Even heard roosters cry at all hours. Attached to the hotel, there’s a building that’s used for children’s parties. On the night that I was there, there’s loud sounds from the children’s place was deafening; maybe because it was a Sunday; maybe in the middle of the week it’s not too bed. As beautiful and as welcoming the room was, the bed was a little too soft for me, but I suppose that it’s a matter of preference.

From the moment I arrived until my departure, my experience at this hotel was simply outstanding! I had a late check-in at 01:00 AM, and even though there was no reception at that hour, the staff assisted me via phone with incredible professionalism and efficiency—truly exceptional service! The room was fantastic, featuring well-thought-out amenities, impeccable cleanliness, and a heated jacuzzi that made my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was carefully designed, and the overall ambiance was perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making a real difference in my experience. This hotel offers a premium experience at a reasonable price, and I will definitely be returning! If you’re looking for a luxurious yet cozy stay just outside Athens, this is the perfect place!

It's hard to believe this is a 2 star hotel. The facilities and rooms were easily 3 star and better than a lot of 4 star hotels. No doubt the highlight was the service which was at a minimum 5 star. Lovely staff, easy to help. Breakfast was amazing also. The location was perfect for us, but may be a bit too far for tourists looking to visit central Athens. Free parking on the property.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, but the real highlight of my stay was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I arrived quite early and the man at the desk RAN to get my bags, check on my room, and even delivered me a cold juice while I waited. I was very tired from my flight and it was my first time in Greece so I was a little concerned about getting food that night. The woman at the desk ordered me takeout on her personal app, recommended the best gyro I had on my trip, and even brought me some wine to go with it when it arrived. Simply the kindest people you'll ever meet. Stay here, you won't regret it.

Anixi Hotel by AP felt warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The design is elegant with classic touches, and the room was spacious, clean, and full of natural light. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, you can feel they care about your comfort. Although it's a bit outside the city center, the area is quiet and peaceful, and transport connections are easy. A lovely stay with great hospitality!

My wife and I spent two wonderful nights at Anixi Hotel by AP, and it was superb. The hotel was very peaceful and clean, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Special thanks to Thomas, who manages reception, room service, and other services, making guests very happy. The location is far from the city centre, it takes one hour to reach the city centre by the bus and the train. There's nothing bad to say about this hotel, and I recommend it to anyone on a budget looking for a good night's sleep and rest.
