Breakfast was okay and there is a variety. The lady at the breakfast area always made sure all items were stocked and cleaned. The pool stays open later than most hotels we've been to. Room was clean. All thru out the facilities it was clean. Smelt clean. Close to the grocery store, dennys, whataburger, softball fields and gas stations. Check in was a breeze and the girl was very nice and polite.

The water pressure to take a shower was the worst. Everything else was perfect.

My room was very nice - it was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The facilities were nice and everything was clean. The breakfast and coffee were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the ice cold orange water in the lobby.

My biggest problem was that they put me in a room with a non-working TV. I felt that the room should have been tagged so the staff were aware and could let the guest choose whether or not to stay in it. They did, kindly, move me to another room the next couple of days. The area around the hotel was a little unsafe looking for a solo female traveler. But I did feel perfectly safe inside the hotel.

Waffles were available and breakfast bar was clean and well maintained. Eggs were average for motel breakfast bars but they served several types of sausage which made the eggs go down easier. Nothing else was noted.

Location was recently renovated and everything was new and clean. It is right off Hwy 287 at the edge of Wichita Falls. We were on our way to Houston so it was an easy get off, get on location. Bar light over coffee pot stayed on all night because the on/off switch was impossible for us to find…..this was bothersome.

Very nice facilities. Comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The $75 per charge should have been known up front. (They say it's on their website and want on Booking.com). The manager did reduce the charge some. The only other thing is that the paper cups for coffee are too short to fit in a car cup holder and the lid pops off them when you try to retrieve it from the cup holder.

The breakfast had a lot of selections from hot to cold items and was well stocked. The walk-in shower was large with great lighting& the lighted makeup mirror made it easy to get ready. They were able to give us rooms next door to other family traveling with us.

The closing mechanism on the door was extremely loud on everyone’s door. Also be aware if your room is on the back side of the property you will likely here some train noise more than once.

Breakfast was good. Just closed up too early Bed was comfortable Indoor pool was great, especially when it was 110 degrees outside. Electric car charger within close proximity

Housekeeping never cleaned our room while we were gone,. First full morning there, asked front desk for some more towels and was told they were busy and we needed to find the cleaning lady and ask her

The property was nice and staff very helpful

I was charged by bookings and then again by the property. I contacted the property twice they said they were going to fix the problem. They have yet to do that! Now when I call it is either busy or no one answers. Contacted Booking.com. They reached out to the property still no response. I sent information to bookings to fix the problem still no resolution. So I am still waiting for someone to refund me for one if the charges.

Everything was clean, the pool did need attention, the wall of the pool was dirty, you could see brown on the upper level of the water and white underneath the water, needed scrubbing.

Other than the poll everything was very clean.

I had trouble finding the hotel. When I called, the person who answered was very friendly, gave me good directions, then called me back later to make sure I had found the hotel. I've never experienced that level of customer service from a hotel before.

The property was clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The only thing I wish could have been better was the breakfast. You must have bacon with your breakfast! The ham croissants were cold in the bread was not very fresh.
