I loved the beds. Very comfortable. The lobby is very nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Starbucks was good staff was friendly.

I did not like that I booked a hotel that states no dog policy but I seen 12+ dogs on my 2 day stay.. I have allergies to animals and honestly I think it's gross to have dogs in the bed so no telling if the bed I slept it had a dog previously inside it... also the jacuzzi did not work and as cold as it it outside I did expect to relax a bit but I turned the timer and nothing happened.. those are my only negative reviews but the dog one is a big one if you are going to allow animals you should change your website to reflect that you do allow dogs so people like me can prevent booking.

I rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but this place deserves a great one. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel quite as nice as the Delta! Others have come close, and I'm certain nicer ones exist, but not at the price I paid. The King Suite was awesome! I love how the bedroom is a seperate room so there's privacy from anyone sleeping on the sofa bed. Room service from the restaurant was fast and the food was awesome. And those PILLOWS!! --I wanted SO bad to stuff a few in my suitcase but it's obvious they were expensive and would be missed! 😊 Next time I'm in Wichita Falls, I know where I'm staying!

I'm hadicapped and had a terrible time getting from the parking lot to the check-in desk. It was dark and raining and if there were any handicapped parking spots closer to the doors, I never saw them. For someone like me, the parking lot may as well be a mile away. TWO miles if you're toting suitcases!

It's the best hotel in the City by far. Everything is new, clean, pretty, and nice. The Steak Restaurant is excellent too. We really enjoyed the tomahawk ribeye and onion rings. The Ranch Water, and Smoked Old Fashions were great too. They have a nice patio to sit and relax while you sip cocktails. The gym had plenty of equipment and was larger than most hotels at this price.

a few small kinks still need to be ironed out, but the employees were very helpful in resolving any issues.

Good, great location to the event i attended and they had a shuttle to take me there and back. the bed was comfortable

There was no channel guide, no information book about the hotel. I wanted room service and had no menu to see what they had. Couldn’t figure out how to work the curtains or thermostat. Also luckily i had another bed because i found a long black hair in my bed.

We went to Wichita Falls for a concert and this by far has been the best hotel I have stayed in. Beautiful contemporary motiff and the rooms are immaculate. The security feature for the elevators is a plus. You can only use the elevator with the room card.

The room was lovely! Hot tub and pool were great and very clean. Everything was so clean and new. It was a good experience!!

Breakfast being so expensive. We skipped that option. The town is pretty rough but that hotel was a beautiful bright spot for them!

Open location with plenty of convenient parking. Staff was great and site was modern and upscale.

Breakfast orders and ready to eat food were both too expensive. We chose other options.

I really like how spacious the hotel lobby is with various sitting areas.

I love to swing and try to always book hotels with pools. The pool was down during my visit so I could not swim.

This hotel is beautiful! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant every morning.

Our only complaint was poor water pressure in the shower.
