Friendly staff they did not make a issue when I checked in late the staff welcomed me with courtesy and comfort the hotel was down the street from markets and all the places that I needed to go I was glad they had laundry facilities

Toiletries such as tooth brush and paste lotion the phone and hair dryer were inoperative More security breakfast stand with a little more than coffee the pool was closed but it was cold so picnic table in better standard

Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Unlike other hotels we have stayed in recently, the facial tissue and toilet paper were of acceptable quality (though still barely thick enough).

A light bulb in one lamp was burned out. The facial tissue and toilet paper were barely thick enough.

The property manager overly helpful at every turn.

I really don't typically say I don't like you're a very pleasant title. Spanish clean room. Ever think very well organized.

I liked the floors being vinyl vs carpet and the size of the room was great.

There was no coffee maker in the room and there was only a desk chair. I expected another sofa-type chair or loveseat so there was a bit of seating other than on the beds only.

I liked having the 2 rooms and being right off the Highway

The hot tub closed too early. we booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and we’re looking forward to relaxing after a long day and it closed at 9 on a Friday. also no breakfast. then as I was leaving I slipped and fell on the ice since no one had salted the parking lot after it snowed. went and told the front desk person and he didn’t seem to care didn’t ask if I was ok and just said there’s no sun on that side of the building

We loved the clean and spacious room.

We would've preferred a traditional hot breakfast . We didn't care much for the bagel bar. The coffee was descent, though.

Breakfast was skimpy with only bagels and packaged muffins. Website stated breakfast was provided but I don’t consider that breakfast

Said there was a jacuzzi/hot tub and there was not. It was the main reason we picked this hotel and not one of the many others in town.

It was so modern and clean. The staff was so friendly and kind. The coffee was excellent!

A little more variety for breakfast

The only thing I didn't like was there was no breakfast and no pos store. And no razors or silverware available on property
