The hotel was clean. The staff were helpful. My sister and I brought my 1 year old great niece and the hotel provided us with a baby bed.We were in town for my daughter's 10 yr wedding anniversary. Our stay was very pleasant.

Breakfast is nice. They keep baked cookies and tea or lemonade in lobby. It's quiet and beds are comfortable.

Staff was great! WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO GET US ANYTHING WE NEEDED. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was very good. Breakfsst Room was clean and tidy with Halloween decorations.

Great location! The front desk staff is phenomenal! Ms. JoJo was just a delight and the day staff was just as kind and friendly!!! Just WOW!!!

The breakfast was great. The attendant was courteous and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked fine.
The tv remote felt greasy. I'm sure you clean it routinely but it had a texture to it. All in all great accomodations. And the sofa bed had stains. Room 101. Still comfy though.

Staff is wonderful, both at the front desk and housekeeping. Rooms need updating but housekeeping kept the room very clean. Check in and check out times are good. Location is great. Having fresh coffee and water in the lobby is appreciated.
Beds are springy, wobbly, and uncomfortable. Updates are needed - handles in the bathroom had rust running off down the shower walls, bathroom door knob was coming apart, doors and surfaces were scraped and scratched up.
