Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Pool and Hot Tub were great! Breakfast was like every other hotel but I did like that they had shredded cheese, tortillas, and pico. They have cameras in and outside of hotel. They take Apple Pay. The beds and sheets were very comfortable and so were the pillows. Breakfast lasted till 10am which allowed us to sleep in a little. I’m thankful the evening staff allowed us to eat at tables. We have a large family and we were able to eat together vs on bed in our room. She even provided a large trash can so we could throw away our pizza boxes. Overall we had a great stay!!!

Fridge didn’t have a freezer compartment. My ice cream sandwich’s melted.

It was close to where we needed to be. the employee that checked us in was very nice. Also plenty of food options close

The bathroom ...stopper not connected just on the edge of tub. Shower head needed cleaned so water would flow better. There was a lightbulb burned out. Also toilet paper was 1 ply. But I understand save on cost of things.. didn't think to take pictures.

From the beginning of check in process, to the end. I was there on a one day staff for basketball games and had a good experience. Clean, quiet room. Price was good and the breakfast out the door was convenient. The night receptionist was very kind and when I had a question about the waffle maker the morning of check out, another lady so kindly made it for me. Thankful for a smooth stay! JESUS CHRIST IS COMING BACK! REPENT AND LIVE FOR HIM. God bless you!

Staff was delightful, beds were very comfortable.

Choose this particular place because of the spa and it was out of order the first night and barely warm the next night. Thank goodness there was a bathtub in the room to relieve some tension. Other than that, this place is great, we even stayed an extra night.

The warm cookies upon arrival, the fact that we booked it through Booking.com the front desk staff still asked us what room preference (for location) we wld like.

Sometimes when you book thru booking.com the front desk don't like that much. That didn't happen here though.

Very clean and comfortable. Bath area was well designed and convenient. Breakfast buffet was superb.

Evening clerk was a little off-putting. Morning staff, however, was very friendly. Oatmeal wasn’t labeled at breakfast, so I missed out, but the eggs were great.

Very clean and safe. We were moving our child into college and had a load of valuables we were able to leave safe in the back of our truck over night. Very friendly staff! We will be back!

Clean room, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. The Texas shape waffle maker was cute! If we ever come through Wichita Falls again, we'll be staying here.

There was nothing I didn't like about this place.

Breakfast was delicious, and the beds were quite comfy. Location was very good and it didn’t hurt the wallet at all!!

Staff was pleasant, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great (shower).

Ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work. In all fairness, staff let me know immediately upon check-in. So, not a huge deal.
