Since our arrival and check-in the kind lady at the front desk was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very delicious. We were not expecting it to be as delicious and full of options. I was definitely surprised about that. The pool area was clean and well taken care of. The room itself was quite spacious and very comfortable. There weren't any obnoxious or noisy guests in other rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

I really can't think of anything that I disliked about this hotel. It was secure inside and outside and it was located in a very convenient place because there were restaurants and parks close by.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was affordable, clean and comfortable. There were just a couple of previous, minor damage issues in the bathroom, but otherwise I had an enjoyable stay. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I didn't have much of a view from my window, but I could see my parked car, which was nice.

No issues with the property itself, but its location left much to be desired. A fast food restaurant across the street was the only redeaming factor. The rest of the neighborhood seemed seedy. i saw several businesses which were empty and boarded up. I had to drive for several minutes to find shopping and nicer restaurants.

Great location right off the hwy. Staff recommended to park our motorcycles up front by the door (that was nice). Cameras everywhere. Pool was nice. Breakfast was decent and hot. Great Mexican food restaurant across the street (right next to the sketchy hotel that now appears to be apartments). There is a Whataburger too.

Surrounding area was sketchy to say the least. The door from the pool did not require a key, anyone could have jumped the fence and came in. Was told breakfast started at 0630. We decided to load the bikes at 0600 and be ready to eat and hit the road. When we walked by at 0600, people were already eating. We COULD have left sooner to beat the Texas heat.

As soon as you walked in, the ambiance was great!!!! It screamed Christmas!!! Beautiful, clean, smelt good. The staff was friendly and attentive and took care of another night for me... all the staff was great! Breakfast was offered!!! The rooms had carpet, and you could tell that the interior needed a little upgrading , but the stay was comfortable, quiet, towels where clean double bed rooms are spacious. The beds were firm. There were 2 types of pillows, soft and firm T. V worked great. The remote was outdated, but it was cool. We enjoyed our 2-day stay. We would go back to this establishment again!!

We stopped for the night on the way to Colorado. The person at the front desk was friendly and checked us in quickly. We were able to park in a well-lit spot in front of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The shower curtain was clean. Other than the a.c. unit, the room was quiet.

The a.c. unit was loud when it kicked on and off.

Centrally located for our needs. Compared to other hotels on the Trivago website, a great value for the money. (Traveled to Wichita Falls to attend a visitation and funeral services for a family member.)

Little worn around the edges. Nicks in the woodwork and walls, especially around the elevators. Excessive caulking around the bathtub and base of toilet. No non-skid bath mat for floor of bathtub: very slippery.

I loved that they let a well-behaved stray cat into the lobby during a very bad storm, your records are incorrect though, I actually checked out a day early. I only stayed for 2 nights.

The room was comfortable and the floor was quiet. I had a good night's sleep.

I would have appreciated a disposal area and bags to clean up after my dog. When I asked about cleaning up I was told that there was a service that cleaned up the area. While I am sure many pet owners would appreciate this I felt very uncomfortable with the idea of leaving my pet's mess behind. It felt as if the hotel was enabling irresponsible behavior. I found some paper napkins to clean up after my dog.

The staff were very understandable and helpful. It was nice that it was pet friendly. The hotel was quiet and not over crowded.

The breakfast could have used a change every other day. It was good but kind of bland. The carpet was a little dirty but understandable being it had other pets.

The professional staff during my check in & check out.every single time I came thur the door or leaving out the Hotel I was spoken too by the staff and I appreciated that..it doesn't happen alot at other hotels I stayed at..2 thumbs 👍 for you guys!!!
