This hotel was amazing from check in to check out! Super clean, smelled amazing when you walked into the hotel, staff was super friendly, and rooms were gorgeous 😍 we often take a 13 hour drive and this will forever be our halfway point to stop for a good sleep and delicious breakfast!

Clean air. Lack of fragrances, e.g., Febreeze air freshener, smelly sheets, etc. Awesome amenities, e.g., kitchenette, refrigerator freezer, walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable. Room was very spacious and well laid out. Everything exceptional.

I don’t believe our shower/bathroom was ever cleaned properly. It looked like there was dirt on the floor and the amount of hair that was found in the shower was a bit disgusting. It wasn’t long pieces of hair either, looked like somebody shaved… I tried to rinse it out and clean it myself since I was in a rush but gave up.

Great location

Only one elevator location and so i had to walk down three flights of stairs most of the time that my dog needed to go potty. The wait for an elevator was awful.

The lobby was immaculate! The smell was divine walking in and elevator and hallways were spotless! Rooms were super clean and comfy bedding.

Front afternoon staff wasn't so friendly nor did they have that hospitality attitude.

From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed with this hotel's esthetics and staff's customer service mentality. This was the first time we've stayed at a Residence Inn by Marriott, and I can confirm it will not be the last. We were impressed. Loved our room and appreciated the breakfast.

First walking into the front desk the hotel smelled great. Not like most that smell musty. The room was like a mini Air BNB, a little kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal & a dishwasher. Staff was awesome.

Extremely clean and staff were so nice. Not sure of her name but the young girl on reception was very helpful and friendly. In fact all the staff we come across were lovely. Comfortable bed, large spacious rooms and so clean! Pool was so nice after a long drive. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

We loved the room, kitchen and furniture including the bed. Checking in was easy and she was so friendly.

It would be good to have cameras in the parking lot because we had a lot of belongings in our vehicle.
