All of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful whenever we needed something. There were necessities missing from our room and they followed through with providing what we needed. The staff were also very attentive to keep breakfast items stocked and kept the breakfast area clean.

At breakfast on our last day there, a Veteran was unable to find an open table and was going to sit on the small sofa in the breakfast area. The attendant approached him and told him he could not eat there, despite no open tables. The man, unable to sit to eat after trying to explain to her there was nowhere to sit, was told again he could not sit there to eat. He abruptly left without breakfast. I wish accommodations could be made for overflow of people when the tables are all being used.

I had a family member stay there because he was sick and had been sleepwalking for days. We thought a nice quiet place would help him achieve the sleep he needed. It didn't, and he acted out of character at times. Did the girls call the police? Did they kick him out? No... they called me and let me know what was happening. They went above and beyond, keeping eyes on him and keeping me updated until I could get there and remedy it. They were amazing, and they all deserve a substantial raise for being kind, being smart, and above all, being compassionate. The place was nice, clean, and cute, but the staff was amazing.

I saw was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. It is clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

I initially wrote a negative review because I didn’t receive a folio at the end of my stay. There was an extra charge on my credit card that was unexplained. However, Ms. Glenda emailed me to explain what happened and to make things right. Apparently, when I booked my reservation through Booking.com, it didn’t show up in the hotel computer when I checked in. The lady at the desk made a new reservation, but didn’t know to alert management of the problem. All is well, and I appreciated the fact that Glenda was most helpful in resolving the issue.

The hotel is clean and seems fairly new or renovated. There's more parking in the back and the area seemed safe with several restaurants, mostly chains, around. The room was clean; the bed was comfortable. There was a desk available with a functional chair. A pretty decent breakfast was offered, including a couple of hot items (eggs, sausages).

The pillows were a bit weird: small and thick and fairly hard. The bathroom was small and the sink is outside -- a not uncommon setup, but still a tad inconvenient.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Room was fantastic.

No wifi/internet in room and the lady at the desk didn't help. To get it, my granddaughter had to walk out into the hallway. The people upstair were very noisy, my husband complained, was told he had to wait till 10 pm. The stomping and running went on all night not sure anything was said even tho he said something many times...I think he went to the desk once in the very early morning hours.

The first room the fridge wasn't working and there was a huge roach by the fridge so they moved us to a different room which was a little better at least the fridge worked. Not enough towels but housekeeping was helpful with that. Housekeeping was amazing.. Breakfast our last day had no eggs so that was a bummer other than that we would stay again

All of the above! Everything met our expectations, and we slept well, and breakfast was a bonus! Our dogs gave it two paws up! They were so comfy, they never barked (that would have been due to anxiety.

The next Baymount in Barstow had a great new feature: soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers in the bathroom! No need for little, disposable bottles.

The STAFF, very helpful, very very friendly, there’s nothing like walking into the lobby and someone is greeting you, with a good morning or hello with a smile on there face!

There’s always something, if you looking hard enough! But nothing that would keep me from staying again.

Apparently while trying to book on booking.com, The site reverted to incorrect date. Was not aware until I noticed this email after the date site automatically booked. The actual date we originally put in was June 13,14.2025. We DID NOT USE the room , but instead will be there this weekend. Most likely will NEVER use booking.com again.

Both was good

The eggs were dry.. wasn't a lot of selection but enough to put something in your stomach.. our room was on the side of the Big store that refrigerated trailers were running all the time.. early about 6am they started bringing in roll offs and loading and unloading with fork lifts making all kinds of noise.until about 10 am. Also the TV and remote didn't work very well.
