The breakfast was adequate. The Texas shaped waffles were good as was the coffee. Needed more items in refrigerator such as milk, regular and chocolate. Also, only three yogurts in refrigerator at seven o'clock. Needs to be more choices. Also, the apples and bananas were good. Needed more pastries such as doughnuts. Overall, it was edible. The hotel location was great. Very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when in Wichita Falls.

We all judge a place against the cost and the overall experience. My mother in law passed away in August so my wife and I have been to Wichita several times working on her house and stuff in order to sell it. We have stayed at probably 4 other places in Wichita as well as here. This place is normally about 10—-20 dollars higher a night so in order to save money stayed at some other places. Decided won’t do it again. This is the best overall place to stay when you gauge money to facility. Beds good, AC good, shower is good, pet friendly, room size, updated furniture, coffees good, breakfast is great, and a nice place to take our 4 legged daughter out to do her business. Overall it’s a good place.

Not much I could complain about.

Comfortable with a good location. Hotel had good amenities and the pool gym area where clean and in good condition. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was plentiful and of a reasonable quality for hotel chain, including a few hot options

The hotel had a large number of guests staying with animals and we could hear them barking throughout our stay. Lots of pet noise and hair throughout the common areas.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Wichita Falls. It is clean and friendly. Good selection for breakfast and good amenities such as the pool, spa and laundry

Wish that the hotel did not allow animals as every guest seemed to have a service animal that wasn't trained

The security of the property. You had to have a key to get in other than the front. It was clean and quiet! The bathrooms had Dove shampoo, and make up wipes.

I didn’t like the beds. It was hard, lumpy. You could smell cigarettes from outside. I was on the second floor, below my a/c unit Ppl were cooking out and smoking and you could smell it through the unit.

We stayed here for the Hotter 'N Hell bike weekend. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing, clean, and the staff very helpful and courteous. They even had all kinds of fruits, snacks, towels set up for the riders in the lobby, and bike rags at the elevators. The complimentary breakfast was very good. My wife enjoyed using the exercise room. Great place to stay!

Nothing could have been better!

Didn’t have time to eat breakfast but location was great!

Worker could’ve healed more in a reservation situation with my parents whom couldnt make it but booked their reservation the same day to staying, but was told they had to cancel the day before when we hadn’t even may the reservation until the day of.

The A/C in room unit wouldn’t maintain a steady temperature. Either to cold or hot. And the dead bolt on the front door kept coming out when opening the front door.

Wife and I have stayed here a number of times. Great place to stay, beds are good, not to hard, shower is great plenty of hot water great AC and breakfast is wonderful. If you have a dog great place outside to walk your Pup. Will stay here if we have to go back to Wichita.

The hotel was quiet, food was great, bed was firm but super comfortable.

The only issue I had was my floor in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned n a while, the showers definitely need to b updated. And the pool and hot tube need an upgrade. Only 1 jet worked n the hot tube and it needed to b hotter.
