After I booked my stay I was told there was a lot of criminal activity there, & to make sure I kept my weapon close. My stay was surprisingly quiet. No loud people in the rooms next to mine or in the parking lot. Overall it was a good value, but the room could have been cleaned a little better.

Room wasn’t cleaned daily

The bed was more comfortable than expected for a hotel bed. Everything was super clean and looked new. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. (They kept me stocked in coffee for my room since I drink it almost all day.) Conveniently located for the purpose of my visit. They also have some beautiful rose bushes on the property!

Had a noisy neighbor, but the front desk was kind about handling it. I also understand that there really isn't much the staff can do and it was in no way their fault. They did what they could.

I was able to book the room for my mom, who was passing through Wichita Falls on her way to New Mexico. I called the property to let them know and the person who answered was kind and helpful.

Friendly staff and clean rooms although they lied and don’t do morning breakfast but other than that it wonderful and cheap!

The room, including the bed was clean and comfortable.

There was no soap in the room. House keeping did not hesitate to supply the soap.

it looked like it was being remodeled and we like the fact it was wood floor and not carpet. We were very please.

the only issue we had was the shower head was broken and water went everywhere when you turned in the shower out in the floor.

the cleanliness needed some attention. the walls were tacky and there was trace residue of blood.

Room was great and all but the the checking in process was high and unexpected but outwise I’m very satisfied

It was quite. Clean. No critters. Air conditioning didn't work on high only setting working was low. .

Fix your damn soda machine No excuse for it to change hotel names but keep the same issues
