I was very skeptical after ready the reviews. I already booked our stay at this point. But we decided to figure it out ourselves. The reviews said there were bugs, mold, and it was just a dirty place. But this is wrong! Our room was very clean, not a single bug in site. It was a very delightful stay. The only down side was the air conditioner didn't work too well. But other than that it was wonderful! The staff was friendly, it was quiet. And the room was very nice size.

One of the most comfortable beds and set of pillows I've ever encountered!!! The breakfast bar was more comprehensive than I expected (and I really got a kick out of the Texas-shaped waffles--that started off my day with a 😃). There were a couple of vending machines (and they actually worked!) for quick snacks and drinks on the evening we arrived. This hit the spot, as we were too tired to go out. There was no hassle or extra fees for our two cats, which they quite appreciated😸. All in all, a super value.

The night time staff at the desk were just so nice. Easy check in, room was nice, big and clean.

In the morning I called the front desk to ask what time breakfast stopped and what time was check- out. The lady said 9;30 for breakfast and 11 for check out. We rush to pack up and go to breakfast so we can leave right after. We get down to the breakfast area and there was a few sausage left. The same lady who had told me 9:30 over the phone said breakfast ended 9. Which I get sometimes mistakes are made, but she had such a bad attitude that instead of going back up to sleep for an extra hour, which is what my husband wanted to do,we checked out because she had put me in such foul mood which her attitude.

breakfast is not complete up to standard as other hotels in the area. eggs and toast are not served all days only on weekends! I spoke with the manager they refused staff Jana & Crestia were very friendly and helpful but Vanessa was too rude to deal and talk with or request anything from her. for example I spend above 7 nights in the hotel but didn’t ask from room clean only just a two days before I go but she didn’t tell the cleaner to do it cuz as she said it was only a checkout cleaning day only ,,, she could’ve delt with that with more flexibility as I’m not one night guest but a week

Usually the breakfast but they ran out of sausage and butter before breakfast was half way. Waiting on truck.

The bathrooms need updating. It is hard to make them look clean as they are falling apart. I been there twice and the bathrooms was falling apart.

Exceeded my expectations. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good! The 3-bed room seems the only option you can find in area when you have 3 adults and 3 children. Worth the money absolutely and I would recommend without hesitation!

Carpet in hallway needs upgrade and sounds in their plan.

Very friendly staff, great food, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Gentleman at the desk of a night time was great and the lady at the desk when we checked out was awesome too.

Air conditioner leaked on the floor, but didn’t affect our stay. They were grateful to let them know.

The hotel is off the highway but fairly quiet. The suites are spacious, main reason why i love booking this hotel. The food was simple but hot. Dining area was nice, clean, and quiet. The staff was so polite and willing to answer any quotations.

The only thing I can think of is: There should be EXTRA linens in the closet in case guests want to use the sofa bed in the suites. And extra towels also.

It was close to the fields. Stores/ restaurants all with 1 mile of room. Swimming pool was open. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were quiet. Great location over all.

Breakfast could use more variety. Ac in room seems like it barely worked. 2nd floor and elevator was hot. Parking was a bit tight. Pool was small and only open 5 to 9. Room only got to 73 the whole weekend.

Staff was extremely friendly and this was so appreciated. Room was clean. It's a good value. Minimal noise. Had trouble with our card so we reported it to the desk and it was rectified immediately. Very nice people! Breakfast was great. Wide selection of food.

Our room was stifling hot. Housekeeping must have turned the heat way up. Had to run the AC all night to cool it down. We managed though. No harm. No fowl.
