I didn't get to meet anyone who worked there but had contact with them through whatsapp all the time! My room was ready before check in time which was great as I arrived early to Verona. Self check in process was explained and very easy to do. The room was cosy, had a small table and chairs and tv too! The heater/aircon worked great & bathroom was very big! It's close to main attractions!

There was a bit of a weird smell coming from the bathroom but was fine if you closed the door! Did not bother me anyway

The room is absolutely lovely, very modern, spotless and really comfy. Bright and spacious with all you need inside. Fridge with an honesty "bar". As we were driving and didn't want the hassle of having to sort out yet another ZTL pass, we decided to to stay outside of the ZTL and this B&B was ideally located and very convenient as it was less than 10 mins walk to the historic centre and 3 mins walk to a safe car park. I would absolutely recommend and would 100% stay there again if we were to return to lovely Verona.

Lovely building in a great location, it was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. We really liked the room and the mini bar was a nice touch and cheap! The city centre was about an 8 minute walk right to the centre so absolutely perfect. The hosts were very friendly and gave us some great advice on getting to the hotel from the airport. There was ample space to hand and store clothes and cases and the shower was lovely as well, powerful and nice temperature. The room itself was nice and clean with everything we could need for a short stay.

The bed was comfy but we struggled with the pillows. We were quite uncomfortable with just one pillow as they were a bit flat but that may be personal preference. 2 pillows would’ve made it a lot comfier. Also the windows are quite thin so the street outside can get a little noisy but at night it’s fine and a safe would’ve been nice just to store things like passports while we were exploring in the day. These really are not picky as the stay was great and we have very little criticism.

If you ever come to Verona, stay here. It's the most beautiful place I've stayed in Italy, out of many. It doesn't have an elevator, but you don't get tired up to the 3rd floor :))). It's not in the tourist center, it's in a beautiful neighborhood, very close to the Giusti Gardens, 10 lazy walking minutes from the center, over the bridge. It's super clean, super nice, spruced up, it's gorgeous. The owners are very kind and nice, very helpful. I recommend this place anytime. It even has a full minibar, all prices written there, it's like a luxury hotel room, but better. Full of personality.

The location was quite central, the room is spacious, renovated and modern. The host was very helpful!

The ventilation in the bathroom was a bit too noisy. Would have been nice to have bathroom products in addition to the provided generic shower gel. Considering we are in Italy coffee machine would have been highly appreciated :)

The apartment was perfect! Everything was very clean and the bed was really comfortable! The location of Piano Tre was perfect because it was near the city centre (10 minutes on foot) and it has plenty of bus station less than 2 minutes that can take you either to the centre or the train station. Piano Tre staff (S & M) was very kind! They gave us all the important information for the apartment and the city! They also helped us with everything else we needed and made our stay more than convenient! I only have the best to say! I would definitely recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay in Verona!

The room was neat and clean. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. Brilliant location - 5 minutes walk from the old town, easy to get to.

The roof didn't seem very well insulated - we could feel drafts coming from the beams (we stayed in the property at the particularly cold time though). A kettle in the room would be a nice addition.

entry and departure clearly explained by very responsive staff. Clean and comfortable rooms, modern facilities. Location great for walking to landmarks. Very flexible with check in and check out times and storing luggage. A great stay.

Stairs - they warned us and we knew what we were getting into. There are a lot, just be mindful of what bag you bring!

Had to walk up a lot of stairs & no elevator. We were in room #5, which is located on the top floor. The air conditioner wasn’t working well, so we were uncomfortable sleeping at night. However, it was a really nice place & in a great location.

Location was great, not too far from local bars and restaurants but far enough out to limit noise on the evening. When asking the host questions or for additional info they were very quick and helpful in their response.

The air con wasn’t great and it would have been nice if some tea or coffee was provided.
