I really liked staying here. Was a great location close to the river, and within radius of all of the main attractions and interesting bits of history. The room was spacious and super clean and cosy, had everything I needed. The room doesn’t have a kettle but I wasn’t bothered as I enjoy going out to have one. Check-in was easy, they text you all the details before you arrive and access is all straight forward. I’ve got nothing bad to say about staying here. Just a heads up - there’s some stairs up to hotel itself (3rd floor - no lift), might be worth considering if you have any injuries, bad knees etc. Didn’t see any staff in my time there, but I text a few times to ask some questions and they were really responsive and helpful. No issues and would defo stay again.

I didn't get to meet anyone who worked there but had contact with them through whatsapp all the time! My room was ready before check in time which was great as I arrived early to Verona. Self check in process was explained and very easy to do. The room was cosy, had a small table and chairs and tv too! The heater/aircon worked great & bathroom was very big! It's close to main attractions!

There was a bit of a weird smell coming from the bathroom but was fine if you closed the door! Did not bother me anyway

The room is absolutely lovely, very modern, spotless and really comfy. Bright and spacious with all you need inside. Fridge with an honesty "bar". As we were driving and didn't want the hassle of having to sort out yet another ZTL pass, we decided to to stay outside of the ZTL and this B&B was ideally located and very convenient as it was less than 10 mins walk to the historic centre and 3 mins walk to a safe car park. I would absolutely recommend and would 100% stay there again if we were to return to lovely Verona.

Lovely building in a great location, it was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. We really liked the room and the mini bar was a nice touch and cheap! The city centre was about an 8 minute walk right to the centre so absolutely perfect. The hosts were very friendly and gave us some great advice on getting to the hotel from the airport. There was ample space to hand and store clothes and cases and the shower was lovely as well, powerful and nice temperature. The room itself was nice and clean with everything we could need for a short stay.

The bed was comfy but we struggled with the pillows. We were quite uncomfortable with just one pillow as they were a bit flat but that may be personal preference. 2 pillows would’ve made it a lot comfier. Also the windows are quite thin so the street outside can get a little noisy but at night it’s fine and a safe would’ve been nice just to store things like passports while we were exploring in the day. These really are not picky as the stay was great and we have very little criticism.

Beautiful old building and very comfortable room. I loved the location just across the bridge from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Walk to Arena = 12 mins; walk to casa guilietta = 10 mins. Eccellente!

This is a room up in the eaves which is very quaint, but could have the tendency to get quite hot! Air conditioning worked but on low fan speed. There is also a velux window.

Lovely apartment, well laid out & decorated. Good shower, comfortable bed The location is great for walking into Verona Good direction & information. Parking at Paradiso close by was excellent & secure

Unfortunately it is by a very noisy road so difficult to sleep Please stop using these plastic mattress protectors! It makes sleeping very hot & uncomfortable. There are plenty of non plastic options.

If you ever come to Verona, stay here. It's the most beautiful place I've stayed in Italy, out of many. It doesn't have an elevator, but you don't get tired up to the 3rd floor :))). It's not in the tourist center, it's in a beautiful neighborhood, very close to the Giusti Gardens, 10 lazy walking minutes from the center, over the bridge. It's super clean, super nice, spruced up, it's gorgeous. The owners are very kind and nice, very helpful. I recommend this place anytime. It even has a full minibar, all prices written there, it's like a luxury hotel room, but better. Full of personality.

The location was quite central, the room is spacious, renovated and modern. The host was very helpful!

The ventilation in the bathroom was a bit too noisy. Would have been nice to have bathroom products in addition to the provided generic shower gel. Considering we are in Italy coffee machine would have been highly appreciated :)

Very clean, modern room. Spacious and all the facilities you could need. In a good location near to the old town. Great communication from the owner.

Can’t be avoided as it’s a lovely old building, but 3 flights of stairs up to the apartment is hard with luggage- but we were informed of this before.

The room was neat and clean. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. Brilliant location - 5 minutes walk from the old town, easy to get to.

The roof didn't seem very well insulated - we could feel drafts coming from the beams (we stayed in the property at the particularly cold time though). A kettle in the room would be a nice addition.
