Great location, nicely restored building, very tasty breakfast. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine- very pleasant surprise;)

1. When you book a room, make sure you don’t get one above the restaurant. You won’t be able to open the window in the evening to air out the room because the smell from the restaurant’s kitchen exhaust will come in. 2. When booking, we got a message from hotel staff that the car park is €10 per night but when we arrived, they charged us €14.

very helpful and polite receptionist, the room quite spacious. The room was also very warm which at minus 4 degress is quite an advantage. very convenient location close to the mountains / trails and a ton of shops the hotel itself is very cozy good value for money

Before my arrival I asked the hotel for some vegan breakfast options, i got a reply there's a wide variety of foods available. This is true but in terms of vegan foods I had dry bread (roll) tomatoes and cucumber, even baked beans had bacon floating in it I booked a room with a friend (on the website it said two single beds and a sofa) and we got a double bed (luckily it was large enough so we managed to divide but it was not what i expected) The water in the shower has only two settings - very cold or very hot

Breakfast is great, staff is great, location is great, rooms are very nice, modern and clean.

Hot rooms with hot weather, no air conditioning or even fans. Single beds a bit small. The room I had couldn't even open window all the way, it was a few hot nights. Not the end of the world, but pretty uncomfortable. Not sure I would go back if the weather is over 30c up there, else great place to stay.

Good location, good restaurant, comfortable beds, overall clean. Good breakfast. One of our favourite place in spindler. Good value for money

Central hôtel. Super clean and new. Big room. Breakfast on the top of my list. Beautiful decorations. Looks like home, cosy. Again breakfast, large choice of dishes. Super comfy beds. Good size for the room. Nice bathroom.

Almost nothing except the water flow of the shower : too small flow of water. Protecting my planet is ok but we need water for shower anyway. Restaurant of the hotel far from the standing of the hotel. Trap for tourists

Great location, parking easily provided, very good breakfasts, nice and clean rooms, bathrooms too. Restaurant for diner is OK, good variety of meals. Very friendly staff and very helpful

Bed mattress seemed too soft for me (I am heavy) but this is a remark, not a negative comment

Breakfast was very good, with a variety of dishes to choose from (including live cooking of any eggs serving you would like). The rooms were clean and the master beds were comfortable. Bathroom set and bathrobes were provided which was nice. The location of the hotel is amazing, walking distance everywhere even to the ski slopes Plan and Hromovka - to Medvedin there is a skibus leaving close form the hotel.

The additional sofa bed in the rooms (we had 2 rooms were 3 people were staying) was not very comfortable and it was making noises every time the person was twisting. We were there during renovation, so it was load on the weekdays and big part of the hotel restaurant was closed. There was no room for kids or where you could gather together and play board games or grab z drink (we travelled in a group of 12 people so had to squeeze in one of the rooms).

Fantastic location, luxury rooms, delicious breakfest , great restaurant. 10 minutes walk to ski arena or free skibus - stops by the hotel .Very helpful and smiled Staff. We definetely come back 👍

Amazing location, cosy rooms, perfect bed, great bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, no complaints at all! Free parking was a great addition.

Very hot in the room. even with open windows it was hard to breathe. And it was around 14 outside (at night). Our dog was breathing hard through all the night and we were sleeping without the blanket. Room was very small, so 4 people + dog = no fresh air. Can’t imagine what will be when it will be more than 20 degrees outside… This hotel needs conditioning.

Location is excellent, hotel is nicely reconstructed, all the personell was extremely helpful and accomodating. I have to highlight the manager at our arrival - excellent service! Rooms are nice, yet our was niot as big as on a respewctive picture at presentation. We generally loved our stay here. Pizza downstairs is really good!

The only "minus" was that the double room we had was presented as suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids and looked spacious on photo, however in reality it was surprisingly smaller; there was almost no room after the second (kids) sofa/bed was set up. However, we were OK anyway and liked our stay. I have to highlight the stuff!
