The location is excellent for exploring Albi - just a ten minute walk into the old town. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The receptionist had very good English and was so helpful. The breakfast was good and what you would expect in France.

Sadly the WiFi was not working but we were told is going to be fixed.

The hotel, located close to the downtown area, is less than a 10-min walk from the city centre, the cathedral and the Tarn river. It has its own, free parking; there's also a lounge and outdoor terrace, and at the reception you can order simple dishes. Room is relatively spacious, with tea and coffee facilities (electric kettle), wifi, a desk, two chairs, good lighting and a silent air conditioning. Our room on the parking side was quiet. Convenient location, close to exit road east to the D999. Good value for money. This was our second stay here, we would be happy to return on occasion.

This hotel/hostel is inside the Montserrat monastic complex, which is an enormous advantage, as you step out of the hotel and right into the monastery sights (if you have a car, you may park it at the complex’s parking lot – paid but very convenient, also very safe, it has camera surveillance). This is a no-frills place, simple but with all the important things a short-time traveller needs: a sparkling clean room and linens, private bathroom (only with no soap and shower gel, no big deal, bring your own), heating in winter, hot water. Very quiet. Our room had a view to the monastery. There is a communal kitchen on the basement. The reception staff are polite and extra helpful. Good value.

We liked the location, just a short walk to the center of Albi. It was clean, quiet, comfortable. We liked the outdoor terrace and landscaping. We liked that there was a kettle to make tea.

The breakfast buffet was very crowded when the hotel was busy. The breakfast itself was quite good. It was just hard to make toast and boil eggs when it was busy.

This is a very good place to stay and easy spot to visit Albi. Parking has been easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Wifi was good.

The breakfast was good just missing warm eggs with the bacon.

Location is perfect and they have free parking. Only 5 mins walk to city centre. Good shower, good bed, nice receptionist

The staff were extremely helpful and quick to ask if we needed anything. Service was very good. We enjoyed the breakfast. Ideally situated for walking into the centre. The air conditioning was a life saver as the heatwave had begun and was 40 degrees C outside but very comfortable in the room.

For some reason the sat nav struggled to direct us. The hotel did not stand out - it looked as if it was part of the health/nursery facility opposite.We drove around for some time before locating the hotel off Blvd Sault.

Wifi does not working at all. And the mobile internet inside the rooms has low signal. Plz fix the wifi.

Location was very close to the city a 5 minute walk straight down the street into the attraction, very quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast wasn’t as described and the prices had gone up €12.90.
