The location was perfect for us. The hotel is a 20 minute walk, 5 minute drive out Pithagorio town, which we wanted, so it was nice and peaceful with a beautiful view over the harbour. The hotel, gardens and pool area are incredibly well maintained, and have plenty of seating areas, sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

There is nothing we didn't like about The Mykali Hotel, it was perfect for us. However, for some guests walking to town may be an issue. There are two ways to walk into Pithagorio. Walking along the main road is not advisable, as it's quite busy ( in August) but walking along the coastal path was very pleasant and took the same time. ( about 20 minutes) It is then 8 euros to get a taxi, if you don't want the walk up hill back to the hotel.

Room fairly basic but comfortable. Useful fidget. Swimming pool great. Easy access steps. Chairs and tables around as well as loungers . Pool bar good. Restaurant food ok but staff very good. Bored from room wonderful.

A few too many steps around the place for one elderly lady, but had we known, we could have booked a ground floor room.

Reception there is a wonderfull helpfull and harmest person penny thanks she was there and also Yorgo behinde bar and emiliy thanks all of them for help and try enjoy our visit Samos

We fell in love with the hotel family ❤ it felt like we were home but better! Most kind, warm and positive people. The facilities are exceptional and the seaview from our room was beautiful. They cleaned the room every day and the food was also really tasteful. What an experience, we would recommend this hotel to everyone! Much love Pascal & Janna

The beds can be more comfortable and should be renewed .

The property is at the good location. But the room furniture were from 1950's. The matress was awful. This is shame for a hotel. i never stay again

Environment

The hotel's cleanliness left something to be desired. The breakfast was not up to par. The environment was rather noisy. The security of the room door was a concern.
