The room was great all around. Couldn't ask for more. Also for a tourist the location is actually really good. You need a car anyways to move around the city. There's a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants around. As others have said, there's a superb taco place called "Carnitas Colinas" at a walking distance.

The reception is all over the place. Hectic. Either they are demanded too much or something else. Also, I know I'm a western tourist but I don't wanna get scammed in a Radisson. We all know it's hard but you would get more customers and tips by being fair. A lady at the reception desk told 4800 pesos for 2 nights more. In the payment terminal she put 5000 that I had to point out. Also I found out that for 2 nights I got 50% cheaper price from booking.com. With a little hassle I got my booking.com price.

The hotel is very modern, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. There is free parking available. The shopping mall Galerias is 5min away by foot. The neighborhood feels safe. There is a very nice rooftop with a pool and with a great view of city

The bar at the rooftop is not operational. We have to call the bar from the reception and they bring the food and beverage at the top.

I had dinner and it was excellent. The waitstaff was very kind. The choices of shopping and restaurants is great. Best taco spot a few doors down, I inhaled their tacos, so warm, fresh, and made with love.

Well I didn’t know there was paid WiFi service available, that would have been useful knowledge ad I was struggling to get any work done. The business lounge I believe was in the lobby and awkwardly placed between the bar and seating/waiting lounge. The elevator was humid and smelled like it. The area for Ubers to pull upfront seems slightly dangerous.

Location its really good, in from of mall, have a super market close, convenience stores, and its a locate very close to all interest places around the city

The spot for UBER could little complicated, and the included breakfast not have a lot options, have to taje two elevators, and but really bother me its every day hace to come back to lobby for re activate the card

my room had the view of about 40 bags of trash and apartments next us we felt like they could see us. no curtains just shades.

Staff was helpful and polite. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

No iron provided in room but I’m sure I could have asked for one without any issues. Just didn’t bother to ask due to time constraints.

Facilities and personnel at the hotel, also room and amenities very clean, check-in and check out were an easy process

Breakfast could be a lot better, we asked for some eggs and chilaquiles on room service, no sauce nor tortillas were given as a side.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, practical safe for important things, very clean with a great view and pool. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after the checkout. Very nice staff and close to a mall.

A bit far from touristic areas, so expect paying more for taxis.

This place is almost perfect, the parking garage is poorly made and is on a dangerously busy street and hard to have Ubers pick up but other than that it’s great

Very good location. Roon is quite tall and everything is clean. I love it there is a refrigerator. Everything is clean and neat, really enjoy staying here.

Laundry is outsourced by others. So you will have to pay every time you do laundry. They will take care of it. But I notice a pair of my socks were lost after that, and also got an unknown shirt from others. Makes me worry about if I can get my new shirt back I bought just a week ago.
