The breakfast buffet didn't have too many options, but the ones that were available were very delicious. The nocturnal staff were very helpful and friendly, they made the check-in process very smooth.

The walls are very thin, so I could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms. Also, the minisplit that's in the room is a little confusing to program, so you might end up with a slightly colder or warmer room than what you were trying to achieve.

I like its location. It's located in San Pedro, a few mins away from the center. The staff was so friendly, helpful and collaborative. The room size was OK for 2 people. But it wasn't equipped very well. The breakfast was an open-buffet with a lot of dish varieties, such as eggs, beans, sausages, potatoes, etc.

Normally, at 4-star hotels, and sometimes, 3-star hotels, the room is provided with a boiler, cups, bottles of water or drinks (sometimes), small refrigerator, and a table for eating or drinking. Unfortunately, I didn't find any of such things. I was disappointed because of that. And it was my birthday and I wanted to celebrate more with my girl.

Very comfortable room, large bed, and good WiFi! The decor was modern and there was a good space to work. It was also very quiet at night.

Not the most glamorous place to stay - I had a view of the parking lot from my room, and the hotel itself is along a motorway. I wouldn't recommend the location if you're planning on doing a lot of tourism - there's also very little in terms of shops or restaurants within walking distance (closest shop is a 40 minute walk). The fitness centre's cable machine needs some maintenance.

The room was nice. All very easy.

I did not like the fact that there are no black out curtains or curtains at all to block out the daylight during the day. The rooms have those roll down curtains that are see through and all the sunlight comes through, as well as all lights at night.

The hotel offers great value and location.

We arrived early in the afternoon after driving since 4 a.m. We wanted to relax; however, the TV had terrible reception with almost all channels pixelating. When we checked out, the desk clerk told us this was not normal. We will stay there again, but if we arrive wanting to relax before going to bed, we'll check to ensure the TV is working well before accepting the room. Reserving a room through Booking.com is cheaper than the price quoted as a walk-in, or booking on the hotel's website.

I've been staying at this Wyndham Garden property for 15+ years (even before the name was changed). Each time it has met my expectations in price and comfort, so I always look here first before I dare venture anywhere else.

The water faucet in the bathroom could use a little work, but other than that I have no other complaints.

it was a big room for a good price .. a suit ..

as it was a room booked by booking, Hotels usually give the worst room as it is “cheaper at booking” next to the elevator you hear everybody, first floor lousy next to the road. the room had a foot smell, bathroom pretty uncomfortable, and above all my free time wanted to pass it chilling and neither of both tv’s worked, no water to drink at the room or coffee and yea on the middle of nowhere.

Friendly helpful staff, delicious breakfast, very comfortable, needs some fixing up like the toilet seat and bathroom faucet. Overall a really good stay.

Great location. Ideal for staying here after a wedding at the next door reception. The room is spacious, clean and bed is comfortable. They provided a crib for my baby with no extra cost. The complimentary breakfast is great with plenty of options, sweet and savory. Excellent value for the price

Not enough towels on the bathroom. We had no hand, or face towels, no rug towel either. Had to use one of the body towels as a mat. Later I asked for the missing towels at the front desk but they said they were at the laundry.

Breakfast was OK . Treatment of staff was good. Cleanliness was good

when you take a shower some water goes around the toilet, so there is water on the floor the whole day.
