Beddings and towels are changed everyday. Very comfy and cozy. No meed to buy bottled water, they have a dispenser on every elevator lobby.

One thing i noticed was they are bit discrimating towards Filipino travellers. When dealing with Fil clients, they get serious and they dont talk much. If the guest is from america or england, they suddenly became cheerful and lively. But anyways, service is excellent.

Great room with good facilities and quiet

The shower stall needs a glass door to prevent splashes. The floor tiles in shower could be upgraded with something providing anti slip to the guests safety needs.

The room is in the correct size and has a desk for working. The bathroom works properly and the environment is great. The location is remote but it is as expected. There are metro and buses to the town though. The staff are responsive and helpful. The stay was generally ok.

The cleaning could have been done more thoroughly. I had to ask the staff to clean up the hair in the bathroom and the corner areas were not properly cleaned. The housekeeping staff would still knock the door for cleaning during the day despite it is clear that the room is still occupied. The isolation of sound is not great and you can hear the other's speaking from time to time. Disappointed that the high speed wifi needs to be separately charged. The free wifi offered is too slow to be acceptable.

The location is excellent, bus and LRT and rail connecting to all over Hong Kong. close by to San Hui market and Tuen Mun Town center shopping complex with lots choice of food 24/7. Not too crowded but convent spot. The hotel room don’t have signage of require tidy up. They will just tidy your room everyday. It is my first time for rooms being cleaned everyday so a bit surprised , staff will not touch your stuff if they are not in your way.

The hotel room is very minimalism. No toothbrush or comb provided. Have shower gel and shampoo quite ok quality. Need to grab water by self in lift hobby but not a bad thing to be environmental friendly.

Cool hotel, with large comfortable, quiet rooms. Aircon worked perfectly. Great shower. Staff are helpful and professional. Hotel is (I think) an old warehouse in kind of a funky area, with warehouses and logistics facilities. There is activity pretty much 24 hours next door at the logistics center making the area busy but always safe. There is a restaurant next door, and five minutes walk takes you to several more. MTR, bus stops, Light Rail, small shops are all close by. V-City Mall and attached smaller malls are a ten minute walk away.

This is a great hotel for longer stays, but the one thing missing in the room is a microwave.

The location is perfect! Close to the Tuen Mun station. Also a short walk to the bus terminal where you can take the bus to the airport. 15-min walk to town center where you can find many stores and restaurants. Famous noodle shop and Hong Kong style cafe are outside the hotel. Deco is hip. Staff was very friendly. Love there's a water dispensing machine on each floor. I had to leave the country for two weeks before coming back. They were able to store my luggage for the entire time, that saved me from carrying extra stuff with me. Originally I was assigned to a room with one queen-sized bed at the end of the hall but I wanted to change it to a non-end room. I was given a room with two twin beds instead. To my surprise, the room is much larger! I was able to have friends over to hang out as a result. Also, this hotel has a very well-equipped gym! I was very impressed with the equipment they have there!

Easy to go to by bus (A33X or A34) from the airport. Only takes around 35 minutes plus a short walk. Spacious room (booked the Penta plus room), friendly staff, speedy check-in, location near the MTR Tuen mun station which has a busstation beneath. Perfect shower. Light blocking curtains. Perfect bed, linen and towels. Quiet neighbourhood, with V-city mall and San hui market very close by; offering all kind of shops and restaurants. Large gymnasium with all kind of machines. Convienience store next door.

Like the design of the rolling bathroom doors, but at night you can hear them rolling in adjacent rooms. Would have liked to use the stairs for leg-muscle training, but these are reserved for emergency only. Had to renew the free WiFi every 24 hrs. Still free, but it would be more handy to enter the code one time per stay. Light switches a bit strange; would have liked a switch near the entrance door. (Handy when entering a completely dark room at night or in the evening.) All minor issues.

The check-in and check-out was super straightforward and I also received some great tips of how to travel around HongKong for my first time visit from a receptionist. The receptionist is extremely friendly and happy to clarify all my concerns about facilities and my payment method. The staff there is professional and exceptional at their given tasks. Additionally, our rooms were spotless and had a great view of city which I didn’t expect from my booking here. The staff tried their best to give us a great experience while staying here as they could.

Everything was awesome , I’m very happy to stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends or anyone whom I know to come and stay here during their travel.
