Considering the price range and prime location in the heart of Hong Kong island the room was surprisingly large. Has even a small closet with enough hangers. Helpful staff, a bathroom with a separate shower and quality bed linen. Daily cleaning. One of the quietest air conditioning I can remember and very efficient. Hotel is in the busy part of Wan Chai, but good insulation, no noise in the room at night. Excellent location 400m to Wan Chai subway station, bus stops and Dingdong tram even closer. The hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants.

The bed was quite short, light switches very small and difficult to read. Hotel entrance very unassuming, difficult to notice, directly from the street almost like to a store, opening the front door at the push of a button. The attractive outdoor terrace on the 7th floor with a nice view of Wan Chai deserves more care.

We liked everything in the hotel. We got more than we expected. That is also true for the room space. There was enough space for everything, for comfortable stay. Shower gel and shampoo, tea and coffee were given everyday. Very comfortable room. Although our room looked at the street we slept very well. Well-equipped. There are microwaves in the common room on the first floor. No noise from neighbors. Very clean, no insects.

I was double charged (400 HKD + 600 HKD) and it will be returned only in ~ 30 days. The host firstly didn’t believe that I was charged twice and said that there was only one operation. But then they admitted that there were two. That is not a big problem, but was rather stressful.

Convenient location. Walking distance to Wan Chai MTR and HK convention centre. Room is clean

Food and shopping options are pretty wide, and convenient store close by. we had elderly and luggage, luckily they had elevator from main lobby to first floor to use. shower was nice and warm, room had a mini fridge with a desk. very comforty. didn't try the wifi but do know that every room had free wifi(liked that we can use youtube on the tv) this might just be me but the desk was right in front of the fridge so it was hard to access, what was awesome is the desk could be converted to a longer table(turning it a bit to have better access to the fridge.

we had to take a taxi to drop us off, the drop off side is pretty dangerous with the railing we couldn't get pass until the traffic light area. maybe it's just my room but I find the shower area a bit small.

Friendly staff and convenient location.

Hoping that the room where more sound proof as i have a one year old son and a toddler but then staff told us there were complaints regarding footsteps when my child plays and cry. Also TV volume too loud despite the volume was already on 12.. Sounds soft in the room but loud when outside room. i have been to many hotels but never had a problem regarding my child.

Location and good public transport close by and plenty of places to eat with a reange of food and prices within walking distance. Rooms are small but clean and quiet so a good base to explore the Island. Staff helpful and booked taxi for return to airport for us.

Comfortable bed and great tv system. The outside terrace was a nice facility and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

Although there was a microwave for communal use, there were no plates or cutlery.

It was ok for 2 days and it was clean and quiet. Can't complain for anything except the size of the rooms

Room is extremely small and the beds short. But for a day or 2 it's OK.
