I stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and standard, with a comfortable bed. After reading reviews about the breakfast, I chose not to pay for it. Instead, I found many excellent bakeries nearby, just a short tram ride away. Tram is very close to the hotel so was very convenient to get to the city centre.

Both the receptionists we met were very pleasant and spoke excellent English. The information folder was in both German and English and was a great help. There is a large shopping mall over the road.

Parking was a bit tight. There appeared to be about 10 spaces for the hotel, 7 under the building and 3-4 out in the open. Breakfast was pre-ordered sandwiches, but the nearby shopping mall had a good choice. The bed was very low, which made it difficult to get out of.

A very comfortable well-heated room with plenty of work space and storage space. Excellent shower. A little out of town with the bonus that parking was easy, if not in the reserved parking area then on the street outside (free). The price ws very reasonable. Good wifi, Good TV, very quiet.

Breakfast had to be pre-ordeded the day before, which was a bit inconvenient. However the coffee was good. There was no facility to make tea or hot drinks in the room. Reception closed quite early, and it was necessary to use the door key to enter the hotel in the evening.

Excellent location for our reason to be in Kassel - church for family wedding approx. 10 minutes walk away, and city centre about 15 minutes away by tram, so good access for sightseeing. Shopping centre and good restaurant (Lavastein) 2 minutes walk away.

The staff at the service counter is very enthusiastic and helpful. He recommends us an excellent restaurant and check the tram information.

The shampoo and shower is not very good.

The staff is amazing, really nice and helpful. It turned out to be even better than expected. It's globally kids friendly, which we appreciated very much, traveling with three tired toddlers. The menu in the restaurant is simple but the food is really good and the breakfast, that you order the day before (not a buffet) is good too and the portions are generous. And the location of the hotel is very convenient for the travelers coming from the motorway, without being too close to it. We had a short but very nice stay there!

Good hotel as for this price but with a bit unusual solutions when concerning the restaurant and breakfasts. The rest is fine, at least from the perspective of a bussines trip.

The breakfast needs to be ordered a day before and the choice is very limited - basically, sandwich or sandwich ;-)

Clean and decent room for a few nights stay. A little bit warm in the room due to no AC. but, very good location! walking distance to supermarket, stores, and restaurant. the good restaurant was Lavastein! must try.

Service was great and the room was in a very good condition. The price was very good for what we received. It was lovely having breakfast in the sun, in their beautiful courtyard! It's in a great location, slightly out from the city centre but super easy to get to with the tram.

The breakfast selection was minimal- it would be nice to have more options to choose from.

Very good staff and the property and apartment was modern, clean and spacious.
