The staff was friendly. There was enough parking space. It's near many convenient places... like a family restaurant, Bo's Coffee, Abaca Baking Company, Robinson's Supermarket, Uncle John's, Julie Bakeshop, Cebu Doctors, and some Carinderia at the side...there was also a tattoo studio, made me want to get one.

The breakfast was basic. The room we got needs a little rearranging... the bed was so close to the door. If someone opens the door to kill the occupant, they can just open the door slightly and stab...THAT CLOSE!

Location: Very good location! Lots of nearby establishments, banks, restaurants etc. Customer service: Superb! Guards, housekeeping, front desk, dining - all are very nice to us! Staff are always smiling. When we have a request like extra tissue or when we borrowed iron for clothes, it was brought to our room in less than 5 minutes. We had an early check in and late check out for free! Breakfast: Decent and buffet. Though there are few choices but as I have said, it is decent. I just hope they serve brewed coffee next time instead of instant. Not a big deal though.

The rooms are not soundproof so if there are loud guests walking along the hallway, you can really hear it. There was a family with loud kids and we woke up because they are noisy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was impressively clean, thanks to the daily housekeeping service. It was also spacious enough to comfortably open and organize my luggage. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the hangers, hairdryer, and a chair with a mirror, which made it convenient to work as well. The room was mostly quiet, though it could get a bit noisy when other guests passed by in the hallway. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast it was delicious and offered a variety of good food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the front desk team, who went out of their way to assist me. They allowed me to leave my luggage as I waited for check-in, and even accommodated an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. However, I found the kitchen staff to be a bit less accommodating, which was a minor downside. Overall, the elevator was efficient, and the attentive staff made my stay enjoyable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Although my stay had some good points, there were a few things I didn’t like about this hotel. First, while the room was generally quiet, noise from other guests passing by could be disruptive. I also found the attitude of the kitchen staff less accommodating compared to the friendly front desk team. Overall, the experience was okay, but these issues did take away from my enjoyment a bit.

Front Desk staff ( Larissa, Jen, Ericka and Lyn )were very efficient , very helpful and superb .The Doorman ( Brown ), very professional . The 2 security guards ( Nemari and Zapul) , always helpful .Lay in the Diner was always so helpful and efficient .The Housekeeping staff always accommodating and very friendly .

Most of the Hotel appointments were satisfying . If there is room for improvement , I would suggest a small refrigerator in each room , to keep drinks cool , because you have to venture outside to buy assorted cool drinks . And to make it even more inviting , each room should have a small Safety Deposit Box so guests would feel more at ease with their valuables .

We were allowed to check-in way earlier than I expected. The standard rooms we got were spacious enough. The bathroom was okay with hot and cold shower, but the position of the door is quite awkward. Housekeeping came everyday. Basic amenities like kettle, hangers, dental hygiene, shampoo and soap, toilet papers are provided. The tv is small but not really an issue for me. There’s free wifi. They have complimentary instant coffee and bottled water that gets replenished as often as you ask for housekeeping. The location is pretty good. There are restaurants, cafes, grocery stores nearby. Pretty easy to hail a cab or get Grab even in the wee hours. The staff are really helpful and courteous.

The room looks clean but there were a few spiderwebs on the corner of the room. There were small flies. I’ve already killed a few of them but a few still appeared. The linens look fairly new but the towels need changing, they’re quite old and a bit unsettling to use. There are no slippers provided so I suggest guests bring their own as the floor is not carpeted and the floor gets easily cold. No soundproofing. I could hear other guests on the same floor coming back late at night, they were too loud with all the laughing and fooling around, it was disruptive. Same thing in the morning, it actually became an unwanted alarm clock.

It's a perfect location in the middle of the center with a lot of restaurants around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At first, the hair blower didn't work and the sink was not working well but then they fixed it very fast and even replaced the blower with a new one. For a 2 Star hotel, it was perfect and also i think it should be more as it's current rating.

The room isn't sound proof. It feels like the window is open. So you can hear everything from outside and from the hallway. But in our room it wasn't too loud and it didn't disturb us and we slept well.

Good Location. Decent room size and the beds are comfy. The A/C was non-functional but the maintenance team replaced it after we called the front desk. Water pressure is good with hot and cold options. Buffet breakfast also has diverse options and they change the menu everyday. very good value for the price. Free parking is also nice

You can hear the noise from the hallway.They need to improve soundproofing the door. A lot of clutter in the parking area. A/C is still window type so it is a bit noisy.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was great every morning. Within walking distance of Mango Square. Plenty of restaurants and coffee bars right outside the door.

There is a REALLY high charge for the airport shuttle. I would recommend just getting a grab. Avoid the taxis at the airport too. It's not nearly as fancy as the images show, and the window just led to a wall 😅 but still a great value.

The room was nice and comfortable. Nice reception area with space to relax. Small cafe and a bar area to get drinks. No cold beer though. Only warm beer with ice. Lots of food options nearby. Friendly staff. Went for a walk alone one night and a lot of people approached me on the surrounding streets offering various services. None aggressive but keep your guard up.

Great location , nice size rooms and location 5 mins from Ayala mall, enjoyed our stay apart from the traffic noise

The noise in the room on the road at night is horrendous, allthough on the 3rd floor I could actually here people talking on the street and motorbikes use this road like a race track, noise all night long from Motorbikes with noisy exhaust
