Everything about this stay was tops.we had a 2 bed apartment. Spacious, great location beds comfy and shower excellent. Everything you could need. The pool area is fab. I used the washing facilities also. The receptionist was very good and waited for us to arrive even though our trains were late. The location is a minute walk to mina square. We walked to la caletta beach in 15mins and we.toon the bus from beside the apartment to Victoria beach. Supermarket nearby also

The bathroom could of done witb a shelf and there was very little room ag the bottom of the bed to the wall with TV

Great location, easy walk into central Cádiz restaurants and bars. The apartment is finished to a high standard. Decor is modern and the apartment had nice touches like built in Bluetooth speakers, coffee machine and integrated air con. Very happy to recommend. Rooftop pool is a nice addition. Gym with weights and good laundry room.

Parking is tricky as you may expect in Cádiz. The nearest San Antonio, but if you are lucky there are a few spaces on the street 2 mins walk away.

Location is perfect. Quiet street so you can open the window. Very clean premises, modern. Enough space to have some tan near the pool if you come the right time as sometimes there are too many people at once.

Weird things: nobody said that 1 week prior they will send a link to pay for the stay as booking say that all payments will be handled at the property. When i got the link, i thought it is a scam. Another thing - they write that you need cleaning supplies (laundry, dishwasher) you have to ask at the reception. I did and they said they do not give anything. For such price for the stay I would expect a bit more stuff given. Gym - i wouldn’t call it a gym, maybe 4 people can fit there. Not enough supplies at the kitchen in order to cook food. Also, probably you should be more clear with guests about quiet time from 10pm.

All the towels & linens were excellent with a nice clean fragrance. Water pressure & showers were great. Location was good with lots of eateries, shopping & old town sites within walking distance. Beds were comfortable & laundry facilities were convenient. It was very convenient to be able to buy laundry pods & coffee pods from the front desk for.50 €

Although laundry facilities downstairs were convenient, the dryers didn’t work well.

In good location. 15ish minutes walk to the beach but with rooftop pool so we were happy to visit beach in mornings/pool in afternoons. Very close to eating areas and busy streets. Staff were helpful, facilitated luggage storage and use of pool before check in and after check out (one night stay). We did not use the kitchen facilities as there was no need for a short stay.

The studio set up was fine for a one night stay but if staying longer I would have booked a larger room.

Fantastic location. Wonderful building with great amenities. We walked to everything we wanted to see. The staff were amazing even with us arriving during the black out. Our apartment was clean and fresh. The swimming pool was perfect, if a little cold for the kids.

We had to ask for cushions to be placed out next to the swimming pool. Which they did once but refused another time. They informed us it was due to rain, but it was clear blue sky and beautiful.

It was very easy to find the hotel from the bus station. The location was perfect and the room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Upon our arrival, we asked if we could change rooms, since our apt was right in front of the check in lobby and we were concerned that we could hear people’s conversations etc. They tried to accommodate our request but there were no other rooms available. Despite our concerns, it was OK and the noise factor was not an issue for us. The only other caveat was the espresso/coffee maker, which we had a little issue with bc it was not functioning properly. However, again, they were very accommodating and gave us extra coffee pods for the trouble. They were AMAZING!

Nice, clean and spacious apartment in a good location. Well equipped kitchen and possibility to wash clothes in the house. Good value for money overall.

There is barely anything to criticize. However, it would be nice to have a working coffee machine on arrival. The capsule machine is not useable with the commonly shaped capsules in the supermarket, so you have to go buy them at the reception disk (which is not always occupied). Also the terrace lacks a bit of charm and could use some decoration.

It was in a good location. The property was clean and other guests were quiet and considerate. Nice pool, helpful staff and good size studio with everything you would need for a short stay. There was a small issue with our bathroom door not closing which we mentioned on our way out. When we returned the door closed and it locked. Loved the communal space - very tasteful. Oh yes loved the shower.

Not much - like everything. Maybe a vending machine in the gym area might be useful as that way it wouldn’t disturb guests. Perhaps position heated towel rail at a height that could be reached!

Great location. Quiet area. Comfortable bedrooms, good amenities in the 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable seating area. Lovely roof terrace and swimming pool. A great place to chill after a day out. Good gym and games room too. Would definitely recommend their apartments.

Could hear someone snoring from another apartment on three nights! Otherwise it was great.
