Breakfast and parking were free. The bus stop to go into Manhattan was steps away and said bus stop had a ticket machine. Very straightforward layout. The plants were real! The room was spacious. The room also had a water station which was interesting.

The breakfast could have been better with some fresh fruit but it was free so I can't complain too much about that. The rest of the hotel was dated. The lobby was horribly decorated. The chairs in the dining area were god awful. The room had a sad living area and the bedroom portion had a terribly sad chair in one corner. The lighting was terrible in every way.

The staff was wonderful, there was a delicious selection of items at the complimentary breakfast, the room was clean & comfortable. Also the check in & out was very painless and easy.

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking garage, there were no signs as to where you could go out to get go our hotel I ended up walking all the way around past the LA Fitness because I didn’t know where to go out. Maybe put signs up for each hotel that has people parking in there.

Everything was good. Clean rooms, fair rate, simple but decent breakfast. They offer free parking (there is three level parking lot). There is also a bus stop right around the corner where the 320 takes you to NYC very quick and cheap.

I did not eat the breakfast. Recently, this property was sold from the Embassy Suites. When it was the Embassy Suites, breakfast was included. Now that it's Harmony Suites they charge for the same breakfast. I could not see paying for the same breakfast that was once included in the price.

I asked for a late checkout and the front desk clerk advised me against it because it $30 an hour. To me, that's just another way to hustle money from your guests. Please stop thinking of predatory ways to make money from your guests.

Perfect location for our event at the Meadowlands. Smelled so nice inside. Room was spacious and the beds were SO comfortable!! The complimentary breakfast is enormous and the best I have ever seen or had in a hotel. It is free and has so many options. The courtyard was lovely and all of the vines hanging down gives such a lovely ambiance. Glass elevators are neat too. All around a very wonderful experience at a great price!

I asked for a 1 hr later check-out and was told it would be $30. Pass. Also, the laundry is $3 a load to wash and $3 to dry. The machines were large and well maintained, which probably is why they cost a bit more. Would have liked daily house-keeping, but they only clean the room and replace towels if you request it. Not a huge deal, I just forgot to ask.

Breakfast was decent, bed was comfortable, room was spacious and mostly clean. Soundproofing was better than average.

None of the provided USB charging ports were updated, so even though there's this nice charging station next to the bed, I couldn't use it because the wireless charging wasn't compatible with my phone and the USB charged slower than my phone used up battery. There's two TVs in the suite and neither of them have any streaming services or a channel guide so if you want to watch TV you gotta click through all the channels like it's 1997. The curtains in the bedroom were dirty.

The 2 bedrooms were lovely and clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. This was my second stay, so I knew what to expect, but my friend staying for the first time was so happy and surprised. A great value, especially compared to staying in the heart of NYC, which is very accessible anyway. I will definitely plan to stay again if the need arises.

Could use a mirror in the main bedroom and when booking a 2 room suite, having more toiletry items provide would be nice as there were only enough for one person. Appreciate the laundry on site, but it is very expensive for one load.

We travelled with two elementary aged kids for a quick overnight to hit the waterpark at American Dream Mall and Medieval Times and this hotel was perfect! We had a 2 king room that was the exact right amount of space and privacy. Can we talk about he breakfast spread that was included?! Omlettes, muffins, fruit, cereal bar and really fantastic coffee. I also had a perfect chocolate croissant. Can't say enough night things about the live plants everywhere, the water pressure and that staff.

The room lighting was a little glitchy and the keyed common area restrooms were strange.

Pleasant stay with good facilities and friendly helpful staff. Close to bus stop for access to NYC or surrounding areas at Port authority. Greenery in the hotel was a nice sight. The suites are incredibly large and spacious!

Rooms seem a bit dated, room service is only done on request, parking garage is in disrepair and no immediate connection to the hotel forcing you to walk outside in bad weather. Breakfast food was greasy(bacon and sausage) and bacon was always overcooked. Was only ever provided with two water bottles during initial check in for the coffee maker in the room. When we ordered room service there wasn't any additional ones replaced

A HUGE room! A pull out couch and a very nice king bed. Loved the big window for the lighting. Had a microwave and mini fridge. TV was nice and big. There was thankfully a bathtub. Bathroom had nice amenities like mouthwash, Neutrogena soap, and even a little bag with cotton swabs and a nail file. The breakfast was so good! They even had nuggets and fries available. They actually make your omelets and waffles to order! Lots of sausage, bacon, bagels and toast, eggs, fruit, etc. The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. The hotel itself was gorgeous as well!

Minor things that I didn't like. The parking is a bit annoying since we had to park a bit far out of the way and then walk over to the hotel but at least the weather was nice. The bed wasn't the comfiest but not too big of a deal. Some of the breakfast foods seemed a bit stale but they were still good. Probably because we went down a bit late. And the room had coffee in it but no tea bags. Oh, and there is a $150 charge for incidentals that takes 3-7 business days to reflect back in your account that im definitely not fond of.
