Everything was great. Ms Anne at the front desk was a delight. The swimming pool is great, the kids truly enjoyed playing together and I appreciated that it was clean and not over-chlorinated.

The breakfast.... the sweet lady running the breakfast seemed to just be a bit behind when my children and I came down. Maybe what we had to choose from for breakfast was just what was left from first rush of the morning. The hot/cooked portion of breakfast we didn't eat.... but a lot of fruit and muffins to choose from so we were still happy and grateful. 🙏🏽

The breakfast was very good. The room was bug free! The location of the hotel was excellent, very quiet and serene! The staff was very courteous. Internet access was easy. Love the shades!

Had some trouble with the TV…I’ve checked into a Holiday Inn Express in Nashville, Tn. and their TV access was superior.

The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. It was at the end of the hallway which we thought would be less noise. Remote/tv took some figuring out.

Shower/tub is small. The stairway door was right across the way which apparently gets used a lot. The door opening and shutting pretty consistently was annoying. Maybe put something on the door that creates a soft close so it reduces the noise for whomever gets the room next.

Our room was comfortable and clean. I had to ask the front desk for more towels daily but that was not a problem. We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was not the best, but the coffee was good, and the front desk had a fresh pot every morning at 5am.

Everything was wonderful. We will absolutely stay again. The night front desk employee was excellent! Thank you for making us feel welcome!

There was plenty of food. The coffee was excellent. I had oatmeal, and it was perfect.

In our room, the little personal coffee machine was way up high, hard to reach. I really couldn't use it, and that is one thing I always like, is to have coffee as I am getting dressed. Just a minor thing, but I would have used it if it had been down lower on a table.

We were put in a room by the mechanical room and there was a buzzing sound ALL NIGHT long. Romm was clean and comfy but the constant buzz made for a long night. Staff (Pam) was very sweet.

The desk staff was super considerate in meeting our travel needs and so very kind and friendly. The room was clean, and the bed and bedding was absolutely wonderful!

Staff was wonderful, so friendly and helpful and our room and was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was kept clean as well and had a decent variety of things that all tasted good.

I liked the shower. I like all the Dove products available. The breakfast was simply stellar, in my opinion.

If it had been any better it would have went the other way!
