The hotel is in the heart of the city and we really liked that. I would definitely rent a room there again on my next stay in Pau. The room was big, the towels were changed every day. Reception staff - respect. We received a lot of support and assistance with our visitation goals. A heartfelt thank you!

We would have been happy if our room was on the patio as we were on the street side and it was noisy in the morning, you could hear the city cleaning trucks. As a recommendation, it would be great if the hotel had a machine for hot and cold water that you could use for free, as it is in other hotels.

Location was excellent - near the furnicular that took us up to the main part - we were near the chateau and sights Had breakfast a couple of mornings and it was fine - buffet style and continental - the staff were very obliging and gave us a kettle for our stay which was great. The bed was enormous and very comfy

Great location just a short walk from the Boulevard des Pyrenees and the Place Clemenceau. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced with a good selection.

We booked a standard room so we weren’t expecting luxury but the carpet in the room was stained and very old and the bathroom floor and shower area were not pleasant.

Spacious bedroom, bed was very comfy, for the price (super cheap) given the location it was really good. Room was very quiet even though we overlooked the street but it had two sets of windows to block noise. Super friendly staff (the night time and day time). Would stay again as the location is fantastic and one of the few that offers parking.

The hot water took a long time to arrive in the shower.

I was able to park my bike safely in their salon for no extra charge, which was very nice. The staff were very friendly, communication was good, there was a good atmosphere. The room was fully functional and clean, had working WIFI and air-conditioning. Location very close to the train station and very central was perfect for me.

The breakfast was rather basic, I missed more healthier options and found it relatively expensive.

Very nice hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Shame they did not have a bar and restraunt but we knew that before booking. Plenty of places near to the hotel.

We had no instruction to where the pre booked parking was. When we found the hotel there was no place to stop the car in a single track road and run in the hotel to ask. So I took a guess and turned right under an arch into a private square. Luckily my parking space was just inside the square. Panic over.

Location is excellent, a short walk into the centre where you'll find excellent bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, the bedroom comfortable, and the car park is secure. This hotel is our first choice when stopping in Pau.

Great central location, easy to find when arriving from the train station. Staff is exceptional, friendly, accommodating, and the reception is staffed 24/7. There is a nice selection for breakfast and the coffee was great.

Hotel is a bit dated and the facilities could be improved. 3rd floor rooms have slanted ceilings and not much natural light, but all light fixtures are located near the bed - I couldn't work at the desk because it was too dark.

Great little hotel. I have stayed here several times. It's a great value and close to the train station. It is a bit dated, but that is expected as it's an old building and it's perfectly comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I never have any complaints.

Only reasonably priced hotel near the train station. 24hr front desk so 6:30AM exit to catch an early train is possible. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet location.

Breakfast at 12euro seemed overpriced. Didn’t have it so maybe it is more elaborate than normal in which case the price might be reasonable.
