Really nice apartment, well located and really clean. Supermarket near by so it’s convenient for longer stay. Bed and mattress are really comfy. The staff was nice and welcoming. The are 2 improvement points. 1. There should be cleaning tools such broom to clean the floor at disposal. We stayed for a week and the floor was getting really dirty and We could use some cleaning. 2. In case of urgent evacuation, from the first floor to outside, the exit is poorly indicated, the door leaving to outside is not easy to find especially if one needs to pass by the restaurant’s kitchen. Beside that, everything were perfect.

Very nice, modern and tidy appartment No.3 with everything you might need for a short stay. At first, seems a bit far from the city center, but it is situated in an excellent place to go anywhere by public transport. 10 minutes with a tram ant you are at the beach. 30 min to the other side and you are in the Pireaus harbour from which you can take a ferry to other islands. Buses from ant to the airport go by the building. So no need to take a taxi. And journey to the city center is easy as well. Our host was very friendly and helpful. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recomend this place to our friends.

During a weeks stay, we did not notice any big cons. There were some problems with the wifi not working, so take that into consideration if you plan to live here for a worcation.

Nice and clean small apartment with attractive design and super nice view from terrace located on the last floor. 2 nice ACs which is more than enough. Good and big fridge. Well equipped kitchen. 2 TVs. Nice terrace. Comfortable sofa and bed. Haven’t heard any noise from neighbors as each floor has only one apartment. In the middle of our stay the apartments have been cleaned.

Filters of both AC were very dusty. It’s pretty easy to clean them so please start do that. Also sometimes too noisy from outside because of the many 🛵. Internet isn’s very strong, but it was enough.

The property is lovely, spacious and comfortable. The cafe downstairs is good with friendly staff and good food. It’s good value for money and not far away from the city. We would book it again. The just Iro was very quick with her responses and readily available. She was very helpful. Thanks Iro.

We struggled with shower water flooding the whole bathroom, this needs to be sorted. We had to mop every after each shower, quite an inconvenience on our holiday. Also it would have been nice to have spare bedding in the room and towels easily available other than having to ask the host each time. We did not get any cleaning during our stay which was fine but it would have been helpful to have a broom and dust pan. The floor got dirty from hair blowing and dust but there was no way of sweeping it up. But this does not take away from the property. It’s a nice and comfortable apartment, this is simple stuff that can easily sorted. We enjoyed our holiday.

It was the perfect location for our visit to the Stavros Niarchos Center -- a five minute walk away. There aren't many restaurants in walking distance in the area, but an excellent cafe located downstairs was perfect for breakfast and dinner.

I would have been nice to have a couple of glasses and the means to make coffee or tea first thing in the morning.

Location was good, as long as you don’t mind a little motorway traffic noise. Good transport links into the city, to/from airport, and along the riviera!

Not much not to like. The apartment was fantastic. Small points, but could have used a sharp knife in the kitchen, and perhaps a tea towel. Also, no baggage storage area following check out .. we just hired a car for the day and kept the luggage in that 😂👍

Easy check-in and out. Beautiful view, nice and clean apartment with a very comfortable bed! The location was great with bus, train, and taxis all nearby. The Earth Cafe on first floor of building is amazing anytime of day 7am-11pm. They also offered one free maid service during my visit.

Road noice can be loud if your not use to living in a City.

The location was perfect because my business point was to be near Niarchos Foundation. It was less than 5 minute walking . The room and the entrance of the building were very clean .

A very modern and well equipped house. Very close to the National Opera, Marina and Parco Floisvos. Bus- and tramstation one step from the Earth Boutique Apartments. The view from the Penthouse Apt is really really breathtaking ... specially at sunset!!! Everything was perfect... from check in to check out!!! Thank you for the nice stay!
