Very friendly helpful staff. All of them, front desk, cleaning, room service, or maintenance were prompt and efficient. They took pride in their work. Mr Shadab especially from the front desk have been extremely helpful not only with the hotel issues but also arranging local transportation. I got a good deal on booking.com. Location was also ideal for me - close to Metro train station,Complimentary Wi-Fi. In short a nice clean, safe, secure, and friendly place at a good price point. I have already recommended this place to my friends and would return myself to this hotel in the future.

Location was okay. Was on main road. But it's an industrial area. The pictures does not really tell you that's an industrial area. But it's easy to find

The room we got was on ground floor. Just near the reception. It doesn't feel very private because you will keep hearing noise. We booked non smoking room. But since the entire building is so conjugated, there was a lot of cigarate smoke coming from outside. Overall it's an okay room for a day, till you find something better in mumbai

Good value for money, if you have to stay for a while in Mumbai and not to pay too much. Not far from airport. Well cleaned room with ac, nice bathroom, small freezer.

The room was maintained good, clean and It is okay. Over all rating , I would rate 6 out of 10 for as per the amount paid. Food service was good. The best thing is the food menu includes everything which is quite interesting. For taste I would rate 7 out of 10.

The room smells like cigarette, After we entered they sprayed room freshener. It would be better if it's done before we see/enter the room. where creates an impression on the room.

staff speaks not good English rooms in EG are not soundproof. you can hear neighbors, waterpump, ac very loud at night
