Excellent service, really the best experience! The customer was noted from every moment and treated with welcome, kindness, politeness. At the moment of arrival we were greeted with a welcoming drink. Check in process went smoothly. I got a beautiful room with a wonderful view to the pool. It was clean and quiet and had all the accessories needed - could not expect more. The pool was beautiful and when arriving a staff member brought me a pool towel - really considerating! At breakfast I was served impeccably, really personal and welcomed. The hotel manager came to greet me two times to hear how my visit has been. I cannot compliment the hotel enough. Thank you so much for the wonderful visit, I wish to stay for a longer time.

Everything was just wonderful nothing to improve

The hotel's location is really good if you are seeking quiet, tucked away from the noise prevalent in the majority of Cairo. Food was good, staff were amazing, and everyone was extremely receptive and quick to assist when anything was needed. They were what made the hotel experience so enjoyable without a doubt.

Probably more suited for those working in the immediate vicinity - takes a while to get to central Cairo - but worth it for the quiet. Otherwise, the hotel was really good in almost every way. No complaints.

Very clean modern fresh hotel in a very quiet area. Rooms are modern, clean and with a balcony. The staff; Miss Rania, miss Merna and Mr Abdel are very professional, quick in acting and problem solving. We had some issues with some youngsters making to much noise etc and they solved it wherefore thanks. Pool(area) beautiful, beds with free towels. Breakfastarea in- and outside and great coffee!

There should be some fresh fruit added to the breakfast and our bathroom could use some updating. Area is far from Caïro center, area not suitable for citytrip but those who want to escape from busy Caïro; business people, friends,families who like to stay in a quiet clean peaceful area with facilities in and around the hotel:)

I could not have asked for a better service than the one I was provided, friendly, convenient and exceptionally pleasant stay. I would rate 11 stars if this website allowed it. My server, Muhammad Oasis, was the star of my stay, always making sure that my needs were met, and that I was completely satisfied at every opportunity. I couldn't recommend this Hotel more.

Everything was very good , very nice hotel , very comfortable , nice staff , it's exactly similar or better than 5 star hotels. I would like to thank Mr. Mahmood the Hotel manager , very nice and respectful person and very welcoming and helpful , really never met like this this before , we really enjoyed our stay and we will come again inshallah . Also Ms. Rania and Mr. Abdullah in the reception , very professional and very nice staff , also Mr. Taefeeq in hotel restaurant , even the man in the door، thank you every one , you made our vacation perfect .

Rooms very clean , furniture very clean and new , nice smill , beautiful garden , relaxing place , very nice for couples and families , even for big groups , the best place to relax and enjoy .

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the hotel. The premises were impeccably clean and well-organized, and the swimming pool was beautifully maintained. The hotel staff were courteous and respectful, providing exceptional service. It was indeed an excellent experience.

The cleanliness of the room, the restaurant, the pool area was perfect and replaced the needed in the room’s bathroom daily, everything was perfect with this type of smiley faces stuff and they are very helpful indeed.

Great staff, clean and fresh after a recent upgrade, very comfortable. Good WiFi with good selection for dinner and breakfast. Relaxing views over swimming pool and gardens.

A little remote in industrial complex. Make sure you Google Dhara Residence E2 and not Dhara Hotel (a construction site)!

Friendly, helpful and cheerful staff, special thanks to Mahmoud el Seidy and Mrs. Rania. Every body is doing his best to make you happy and make your stay as much comfortable as possible. This hotel is a very good value for money.
