The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good, though I would have liked to have granola available. The breakfast manager, Darnell, was extremely personable and helpful. The price was very affordable.

Our guest room (106) was very dark, with a small window. Please consider not instructing staff to turn the TV on at high volume early in the morning. No one wanted it on the three mornings we were in the breakfast room at 6:30. Add granola to your breakfast options.

The hotel was perfectly situated to access all of Carlisle's historic district. Once we parked (which was very affordable with direct access to the hotel) we were able to walk everywhere. The room had a spacious fridge and microwave. Breakfast was standard, but satisfactory. My fave bonus part was the street facing patio that was accessible at all hours. Made for a very cozy feeling stay!

I wish the breakfast bar had offered spices and toppings for the oatmeal and dairy free options for cereal/coffee.

The location was walkable to shops and restaurants. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and respectful.

Tuesday morning I asked the front desk if they had someone who could remove a cricket (which turned out to be a cockroach) from my room. The answer was “no”. It was still there when I checked out on Tuesday.

Supremely perfect location in the midst of everything. Super friendly and helpful staff, mostly. Darnell was the BEST! Yummy breakfast, lots of choices. Nice and quiet, mostly business people. Free lemon water in lobby!!

It was all good, except we were there in a heat wave!

Our "go to" place when in Carlisle (which is often). Location, location, location. Always clean and comfortable. Love that we have a mini fridge, microwave, 24 hr. lobby coffee and ice machine down the hall. Can spend time in the tavern downstairs and only need to ride an elevator to get home! Staff always courteous.

This time the pillows seemed small and different. Otherwise all good as usual.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was decent. There were plenty of options for seating in the room. The breakfast muffins were delicious.

The eggs at breakfast were rubbery and inedible. The pillows, while initially seemed substantial, flattened to pancake status overnight.

They informed me that if I wanted service/housekeeping in the room, I had to let them know. I did let them know. I’d like it serviced every day. I was there four days it was never serviced.

Everything we needed including handicap parking! The staff were so nice and friendly! The hotel location was perfect, we loved this hotel.🥰💖

The breakfast was not what we expected. Eggs looked fake so we passed on them. Oatmeal was instant and not so good.

The alleyway where you check in, very, very narrow driveway, gets congested with cars at times. In the past you guys would give military discounts for active duty and retired soldiers. Didn’t receive one this time like in the past.

Nice Christmas decorations and interior design. Room looked good.

Very loud AC made it hard to sleep - it still kept making noise when I set it to “off.” Also, on the more minor side, door lock didn’t work for bathroom and there seemed to be no fan ventilation.
