The room was impressively spacious and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout my visit. The room service was exceptionally fast and efficient, with staff responding promptly to all requests, which made my stay much more convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and of good quality, providing everything I needed for both relaxation and productivity during my time there.

there were a couple of significant issues that affected my overall experience. The breakfast was quite disappointing, particularly for Muslim guests like myself, as there were no halal options available and very limited vegetarian choices. Even basic items like fried eggs appeared to be cooked on the same surfaces as pork, making it difficult to find suitable food options during my stay. Additionally, the language barrier was challenging since most staff members primarily spoke Chinese

Plenty of free services and amenities for guests, that makes it warm and special. Staff was very helpful too and tried their best to attend to guests' needs even though clearly they're short handed and very busy.. Big shout out to John/刘宝柱 , front desk staff who attended to my request despite the late hour

Great hotel with exceptional amenities in a good location that has 2 metro stations within walking distance (5-12 minutes for both). The staff was always there to help us with any requests we had, the property was clean, modern and well mentioned. The breakfast provided at the hotel was good, even tho I would recommend trying one of the great authentic restaurant nearby. To top it all up, the hotel is also very affordable.

The communication with the stuff wasn’t amazing as they weren’t speaking English at a high level.

The hotel's central location made it convenient to access, with the train station just a short distance away and only a few stops from popular attractions like the Temple of Heaven and the Forbidden City. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, contributing to a pleasant stay. Additionally, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

The only minor inconvenience was the WiFi, which required a China phone number for access. However, this was quickly resolved by the helpful attendant.

We wanted to stay near the Niujie mosque to have ready halal food to eat. The room was clean and comfortable and quite big with clean bathroom. It was a short 5 minutes walk to the halal food restaurant where we had hotpot dinner. The staff was English speaking and there are nearby bread shop and convenience store. Would return to stay here in future if we are in Beijing.

Why do you ask 400 rmb more when we arrive? I only want to pay for what I have booked. Don't give them the 400 rmb like me. It will be OK. If not it's a really good place to stay.

Good facility, in a location that's not touristy but has easy access to public transport (subway).

Breakfast is not included. You can purchase it on your own, but it's on the pricy side. There are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can get decent breakfast for a fraction of the price.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, good facilities and staff there were really helpful. Especially a lady name Lingli Xia, after cleaning the room everyday, she always leaves heart warming hand written note in hotel room, and supply with useful items like herbal drink sachets and fresh toilet seat cover. Little things like this does make a big impact on travelers stay. Would recommend this hotel to my friends!!! :)

Conveniently located near metro station which was only a few minutes walk. Hotel great, with comfortable well-equipped rooms. Excellent array of foods available at breakfast buffet and hotel restaurants good for evening meal too. Lovely coffee shop in foyer as well. Good location for transport links to sights of Beijing.

Room much nicer than I expected, and very spacious. It overlooked the highway exit but noise wasn't bothersome. 5 minute walk to metro station Guang'anmen nei.

Most of the staff can't speak English, but those that did were very helpful.
