Amazing location and very good facilities. The room is huge and fully equipped. A lot of stores nearby. Good playground and swimming polls for kids. We had a very pleasure time here.

It is amazing, but it is missing yet to be 4stars. Need to pay to use beach chairs. fully equipped kitchen at room but the dishes are not clean by the cleaner and there is no soap or sponge to us to wash (you need to buy it). Missing something to clean the foots before entering on the room (a lot of sand going inside). There are only towels available at the reception that is far from the pools and you need to leave a physic credit card even having one already registered during check-in (i don't take my card to the swimming pool). The restaurant is super super super noisy.

Location is great . Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good too .

No welcome water in the room . We come with a 2 small kids at 23:30h , all shops be closed and like we cannot drink water from the faucet- we don’t have a water I the room . Also I never stay at the hotel who not provided free bottle of water per day . Breakfast area : only one machine for the jus and water ( same machine) it’s always a lot of ppl who waiting a water , I cannot imaging how is at the full summer season . Kitchen: you don’t have a nothing for clean a dishes, so need to buy a sponge and washing up liquid. Some basic things need to be on the room , especially in the hotel of 4* .

- dinner is incredible and different every evening, breakfast was absolutely fine but nothing special, but dinner was special every day One evening we went to the Mexican dinner at the smaller restaurant La Finca because we love Mexican food and it was really good, delicious! - mealtimes perfect when travelling with little kids - green areas, they really take care of the garden areas, it just looks wonderful and was a delight each time we entered the garden area to our apartment building - cleanliness - the pools are great, especially for little children and our son also liked the playground a lot (good place to go especially after breakfast and dinner) - beach perfect with little children (clean, shallow water), sunbeds for free after 16 o'clock (at least there was noone asking us to pay ;)) - spacious apartment flooded with light and an extremely big balcony, bed very comfortable and also the sofabeds were comfortable - it was quiet at all times (but we also stayed in a building near the beach. The newer buildings are across the street where the pools and the stage are and there the noise level is higher) - very friendly cleaning staff - highly motived and helpful staff, animation very good, mini club (2-4 years)/Maxi Club great, 3 hours in the morning, our sin liked the mini disco a lot - always found free sunbeds at the pools (end of Sep/beginning of Oct) - quick check-in and check-out (we arrived very late and got food bags because we had missed dinner) - since we travelled with 2 little kids, we could not do any activity for adults but there was something on every day (yoga, table tennis, darts, aqua gym, ...) - other activities outside the hotel: 10 car minutes away there is a really cool dinosaur park (opened in 2022) right next to a cave (combi ticket 22€), there is a pony farm (walking distance) near the hotel (did not go there but seems to be a good option for kids), you can go with the "minitren" (to Cala Millor and back 60min).

- no soap in the rooms - extremely high noise level during mealtimes inside, but due to the mass of people not to avoid and normal (try to sit outside)

Amazing location right on the beach 🤩 Plus beautiful swimming pools - 1 small indoor, 2 large outdoor, kids’ pool with waterslides right next to the playground and even a splash pad! Very convenient grocery store directly across the street behind the hotel. Everything you need for a great vacation with small kids 👍🏻

It is a conveyor belt! Buses, cars , people- come and go all the time. Large buildings, all the facilities- it is a very busy place. Large beach ( quite dirty), large pools, nice rooms, nice kids areas. Shopping strip, large/busy restaurants, fast food joints. We were not on a package holiday but felt like on one in this resort. It is nice, its busy but a bit too busy for our family. Dont't get me wrong- you will most likely love it here depending on what you are used to. We loved the includet buffet breakfast, us and children loved the pool areas and entertainment. View from our room was fantastic. Room was big , clean and with all the facilities one would need. During our two week stay in Mallorca and 4 different hotels this was the place we spent most time waiting in reception for assistance. Staff are very nice but place is busy, busy with someone always looking for something. Conclusion: Resort is nice if you like busy places ( we were there in mid October). Sa Coma beach is overrated! at least in October we found it dirty and full of seaweed.. This is not hotels fault but something we did not enjoy at all.

We were 2nd time in last 2 years guests. Super adopted for families with small children! Daily children animation, in the morning and in the evening. Excellent evening shows for adults! Location, just next to beach, who do not like 3 swimming pools and 2 for the children. A lot of shops and restaurants near by, public transportation bus station just few hundred meters close to hotel. If you pay for the AI you do not think when is breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can eat any time you feel hungry…. Apartments specious, fully equipped for guest who do not eat in resort restaurant. Food selection great, from standard, local to seafood, vegetarians and once who are not. As we had evening flight, after check-out deadline at 11h, hotel allowed us to use pools food and drinks at restaurants and bar till our pickup did nit come to take us to the airport. They even provided us with towels to shower at the indoor swimming pool premises.

On Thursday they do not have room cleaning service, which is not an issue, but on Friday, cleaning staff did not clean the apartment properly. Very small peaces of food which left after children eat some snacks on the floor, and we did not noticed, were pretty interesting for dozen of ants who attacked it, as we saw it than, after we came from the beach before dinner, as staff did not vacuum and clean the floor. She just made beds, and she even did not empty trash bin in the bathroom which was full of stinky dippers from the previous day… This was only bad experience we had.

Almost everything ! Perfect place to spend relaxed vacation with your kids. Lots of different pools, easy beach access and very nice beach, great and varied food, lots of different drinks included in all inclusive.

Hereby a few downsides. First, the pools are not heated and when you have some bad weather (worse than normal) in May then pools are cold. Second thing is that the hotel was fully booked and indoor part of the restaurant is extremely noisy and loud. If you have chance you can find a table on the terrasse where it's perfect ! Third, ventilation in badroom is limited so towels and clothes have a hard time to dry (inside- when weather is not optimal). Fourth, French language is very limited in animation team. Mostly everything in German, Spanish and English.

Breakfast, location, amenities.

For 2nd floor there was no lift to carry your luggage. The Porter comes only after 9.30am and we had to check out early hence I had to lift and drag lugggages from 2nd floor in absence of a lift. Breakfast menu remain same 7 days a week. So no change. No soap bar or hand wash in toilet basin. Had to purchase ourselves. No salt and pepper and sugar in kitchen. That’s very basic stuff.

We visited in May with a 3 and 6 years old. We had a garden view apartment which in fact was also a seaview one. The 2 beds in the bedroom were big enough for 2 kids and 1 adult and the sofabed was also comfortable. We booked breakfast but on arrival we upgraded to half board but only paid for adults, for kids it was free. Both breakfast and dinner was buffet with a great selection. We stayed 5 days and the dinner had different options every day. The beach and the area surrounding the hotel is beautiful and well kept.Many outdoor pools for kids too however they were too cold for us but we could use the indoor pool. We rented a car so we explored the island however the location is great for small kids in case you just want a relaxing sea sun and sand holiday. The hotel really has everything what families with small kids need. They also left a birthday present for my daughter in the room.

Perhaps heated outdoor pool so it can be used before summer however it didnt affect our stay.

I loved the facilities - very nice clean outdoor pools, delicious food (we had breakfast included and it was amazing - i have celiac and they got me fresh baguette every morning and some pasteries). Kids outdoor playground is nice and safe. Rooms were very clean - but needed soundprofing and heating!

The main problem was soundproofing - when we got baby to sleep, you could hear people talk in other rooms, and outside kids screaming. Also, we stayed there in the beginning of May and it was 15 degree at night! outside and also in thee room - iylt was very cold and heating wasn't working. The masterbedroom bed is two separated mattresses - they should also be connected - the mattress were moving when sleeping and it was hole in the middle of the bed. There could be umbrellas in the room.
